SCAM COMPANY! Beware!!! Reporting to OPC. They don’t honour their return policy. Barely respond back to emails, canceled my subscription and still charged me months later. Literally the highest Montreal scam company you can find, Bravo losers!

I tried the Alcami Musahroom coffee, it was awful (to me) and i immediately asked the company to not send any more as it was unpleasant to me. They ignored my request, the mgmt stated that they wanted me to try it for 90 days and assured me "they had my back' I was also told they would send me a different product. Instead i received same product...complained that i was to receive different product, but got same unwanted. A month later i got 3rd shipment of CRAPPY product after some clown named Derik said he'd send different product. I have $180 of crap , I asked em to stop after 1st shipment. They do not care and have nothing to say. And I still get the silly, self serving Emails from the Derik guy....geesh.

Lied to get me to sign up . When I contacted them about the lie they denied it even with back up text messages . And emails had to pay my bank to cancel payment to stop the payment going forward and being forced to buy product for 3 months

This stuff is crazy expensive, I was looking at it on the shop app and then next thing you know my card was charged for nearly 50 dollars!!! Then I ft said I subscribed and I can unsubscribe for another 3 months!! So I'm stuck paying another 150 dollars, and it's not even that good . I tried the expresso and was unimpressed as I tried it after trying the four sigmatic, I actually felt the effect from four sigmatic but unfortunately I'm probably done with expensive mushrooms coffee after this experience

I had a horrible experience with this company. I bought a kit in January to try it out, but it arrived incomplete. They told me they ran out of stock for the spoon and canister that was supposed to come in the order and never sent them with the initial delivery. They claimed it would be sent with the following delivery.

I followed up saying I didn't like the product, yet I was charged again the following month without my consent.
​When I reached out to cancel, they claimed that by buying the initial kit, I was forced into a 3-month commitment. There is no way to cancel the subscription on the platform all they do is allow you to change your payment method. I’ve emailed them over and over saying I don’t want the product, yet they keep charging me and sending the shipments. I'm going to have to get a new debit card just to get out of the subscription. Do not order unless you want to pay for at least 3 months worth of this product!

I signed up for a subscription using Shop pay and we didn't like this stuff. I attempted to cancel the sub and it says I have to finish making the payments. Fair enough, I'll log into Shop Pay and pay it off so I can cancel, easy enough, right? Wrong!

Alcami won't allow you to pay the payments, they restrict it (according to Shop Pay). So they just charged me/shipped me another two bags and leave me no way to stop it. Hmmm, that's a bit sus.

Then I looked further, if you subscribe, you can't cancel for 90 days! Which they don't tell you before purchasing.

Total scam and terrible business practices.

Finally after too many emails back and forth with support, they canceled this and now I have to return the forthcoming shipment, however, when I asked where I would return it to (during an ongoing conversation we were having from one minute to the next), they ghosted.

This company doesn't care about its customers whatsoever.

Be very very careful trying this brand. If you find you don't like it, or it doesn't help you. You can't get them to cancel the orders until they have shipped you 3 months worth. I made the mistake of misinterpreting their 3 month recommendation, and I ordered 3 packages, thinking I was meeting their recommendation. But, now they are charging and shipping me 3 packages every month. And when I try to explain and get out of the 3rd shipments, because my pantry is full of bags of their coffee, they just say, "our policy is to ship 3 months, no matter what".
I strongly recommend you chose anyone other than these people. They are so near-sighted to just get todays sale that they totally lose sight of the customer. A total me me me business, STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!!

The name, Alcami, by definition is to turn a base substance into a more valuable substance, such as turning lead into gold. Alcami Elements has succeeded in the sense that they have used the supplement industry to turn a garbage product into their gold. The character named Derik Sanche is nothing more than a charlatan, a snake oil salesman. He doesn’t care about you or your mental or physical health. All he cares about is if he gets paid. They put you on a “protection protocol” that you can’t get out of. The only thing you need protection from is them. Not recommended. Don’t do it. Save your money. You’ll get more benefits from a simple and inexpensive daily vitamin. Don’t fall for their scam.

ordered 12/27/2025. Received partial shipment 1/10/2026. Refused shipment and USPS returned. I have been trying to cancel for the past 6 days to no avail. Multiple emails daily and all they say is the next shipment is ready to be sent 1/25/2026. Avoid this SCAM at all costs to avoid daily frustrations.

The product itself might be fine, but you'll never know if it's worth it because this company makes it impossible to cancel your subscription.
I purchased what I thought was a normal order, only to discover AFTER the fact that I was locked into a mandatory 3 month subscription that cannot be canceled under any circumstances. This was never clearly disclosed during checkout if it was mentioned at all.
When I tried to cancel, I was told I'm in an "introductory program" with a "protected period" and that I have to wait 90 days before I can even request to stop the subscription. They claim this is for my benefit and that I'm "fully protected" by their guarantee, but that's misleading YOU ARE TRAPPED paying for three months of product whether you want it or not.
This is a classic predatory business practice designed to make it as difficult as possible for customers to cancel. A real satisfaction guarantee would let you cancel anytime, not force you through a 90 day gauntlet first.
I never would have made this purchase if I had known I was signing up for a 3 month commitment. The lack of transparency is unacceptable, and this feels like a deliberate attempt to trap customers into extended subscriptions.
Save yourself the headache and avoid this company. There are plenty of other supplement brands that don't use these manipulative tactics!!!!!!!

After you buy the product they don't give you the option to cancel your subscription if your not happy with the product. The Blue product does not have any ingredients label on the bottle. That is a red flag for me. They don't tell you they lock you in for a 3 months subscription you can't cancel from the website and I didn't receive all of my order and the product I received looked like the box was opened previously. I reported them to my credit card company.

The fact that amazon has set the bar so high with the same day deliveries etc makes it a chaotic experience at first. BUTTT the product itself is smooth, tasteful, and I was looking at concentration ratios. This is nice not too potent. I would like to add a preventative measure here that when utilizing nootropics be aware if you medicate that it does not interfere with your medication,

Overall lovely experience

You buy one, but once they have your credit card, they sign you up for a subscription that you are not able to cancel or access. I’ve been fighting with them back-and-forth, and the only solution will be to cancel my credit card. Absolutely horrendous. This is not a local company or a reputable company. This is a scam.

Absolutely awful. subscribed by accident wanting to try product. They would NOT let me out of the subscription and you are locked into 3 cycles after the initial- no modifications. I never would have bought a 3 month supply on a monthly subscription. Total BS customer service. The product is not bad but the company is terrible.

It’s a good product but managing a subscription is a nightmare, deliberately shady and difficult IMO. They had a 55% off sale for Black Friday so I wanted to pause my subscription and order off of the sale. There’s no way to do that. Be aware that, if you sign up for a subscription, you are locked into a 3 month commitment. I’m fine with that as it was disclosed in advance, but I should be able to pause it. The entire subscription management page is giving an error code for a week now. Customer service took a full week to reply to me and it really wasn’t a resolution. Still can’t manage my subscription. I’m remembering that this is part of why I previously canceled. I like the product enough to have given it another try but, unless they make substantial and rapid changes to their website, I will have to find a different product. The aggravation from this is undoing any benefits from the supplement.
