DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS WEBSITE. THEY HAVE ADULT SIZE PEOPLE MODELING THEIR CLOTHING, BUT THE CLOTHING YOU RECEIVE WILL ONLY FIT A SMALL CHILD. I WEAR SIZE XL BUT ORDERED 2XL TO BE SAFE. MY 12 YR OLD SON COULDN'T FIT ANYTHING. I SENT THEM 3 EMAILS TO START THE RETURN PROCESS, AND THEY NEVER RESPONDED. A TOTAL SCAM. I PLAN TO MAKE IT MY BUSINESS TO HAVE THIS BUSINESS\WEBSITE BLACKLISTED. IF YOU DON'T TAKE MY WORDS SERIOUSLY, GOOGLE THE BUSINESS NAME FOR REVIEWS AND COMPLAINTS. SOMETHING I SHOULD HAVE DONE BEFORE SPENDING ALMOST $300 ON CLOTHING AND SHOES THAT DO NOT FIT, EVEN WITH THE SIZE CHART, WHICH IS TOTALLY INACCURATE.

This is the BIGGEST SCAM ever! The clothes are made with poor material and the sizes are too small no matter what size you order. The stitching is off and everything is poorly sewn. They refuse to refund anyone and you cannot get tracking details because the return address is not a business listing.

I ordered a size large shirt and they sent me a 2XL. When I reached out to Alden York for them to exchange or return the incorrect item their response was it would cost me more to ship it back to them and pay shipping on the correct item so I should keep it and gift it to somebody else…..so basically I have to pay for their mistake. Please note they do not have a real return policy and is basically shipping out whatever they want. I paid $60 for a wool turtleneck and it was a very low quality irregular size piece of junk. I now have a $60 dust cloth. I do not recommend purchasing anything from this fraudulent company.

This is absolute crap from China. The Alden York brand is no where on the products, Chinese labels only. Products are not to size and junk. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Complete scam. Ordered two zip up sweaters that were laughable…incompletely sewn, cheap material, threads sticking out all over, lowest quality zippers imaginable that were on the wrong side and inoperative. Came late with shipping from China. Such an obvious scam that I didn’t bother with customer service. Complete crooks. Website looked legit (aldenyork.com) but I should have researched it better.

Trash Business. Know that they ship direct from China and product sales, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT PRODUCT SHIPPED VS ORDERED!

Ordered an item for a funeral 10/2/25, latest delivery date offered showed a few days prior to 10/25/25 funeral. To my surprise it came from china with an unknown 3rd party shipper “17track” offering very little tracking info. Day before funeral it hadn’t arrived and I notified them of my intent to reject the delivery. On 10/28 I refused the package and “Alden” confirmed that. I’ve emailed nonstop and they still refuse to refund my money as of today 12/10/25. They acknowledge the delay was caused by “an unforeseen holiday” in transit, they have confirmed my refusal of the package, and they’ve confirmed that tracking has not been updated since 11/6/25 so there is no way for me to verify its location. Yet I’m here, writing this review, because they refuse to refund my money until the package is in their possession. I’ve never even touched the item. SCAM

I viewed shirt online, when it arrived after paying for shirt and shipping...It came from Commerce Ca( which is a factory district that i am aware of) the shirt had a generic tag inside collar, it was not silky as described in ad the martial looks inexpensive I do not recommend this company's shirts

As reported-these people are frauds. I ordered an L sweater-they sent XXL. They won't answer on phone-only email. They wanted me to mail the sweater to a UK address-when you look it up it is a residential address-option to refund me 20% of the cost-19.99 for a payment of 57.98. I have a dispute now hoping Mex won't pay them or can flag them-they are based in China.

Absolute scam of a company! Ordered three pairs of pants that looked amazing in the photos, but what arrived was cheap, ugly garbage that looked nothing like the pictures – terrible quality, wrong sizes, and fabric that feels like dollar-store trash. Their return policy is a total joke: no free returns, they offer a pathetic 20% refund to keep the junk or make you pay for shipping back yourself. Website lies about warehouse locations (UK one email, Australia another – obviously shipping from China). Fake reviews plastered everywhere. Filed a chargeback because these frauds don’t deserve a dime. Avoid AldenYork at all costs . Google won’t let me give 0 star .

I wouldn’t even score a (*) this company has robbed me outright.

Since September I’ve been trying to get my $80 refund where I returned this item of a sweatsuit with two different leg sizes one long the other short. The pockets were sewn upside down and the material was polyester.

It’s now December 2025 and still saying I will get my refund 2-5 days.

I went to the post office to return the item certified where I could get a return signature. It was received.

They’re operating a factory out of a house in Jamaica Queens NY. Package delivered I returned to them to that same address.

They’re operating also from CHINA and told me I should send the package to London 🤔🤬🤯 how could I do that if it’s already received in Queens NY🤔

Do not order anything online from
Alden York. They also don’t want to refund you even if you send the item back

SCAMMING THIEVES

Wrong size. would not give full refund once I returned the clothing. To return I would have to send to United Kingdom. Shipping cost was $153. Told them they sent wrong size, but that di not seemt o make a difference. They just offered 40% refund and keep Jackets. Wish I had checked

I ordered 2 track suits in October 2025...1 for me and 1 for my husband and yes I ordered the wrong size per my husband for my husband...we did receive our order in which the quality is definitely not good quality...but I wanted to return my husbands and get a refund....I read the refund policy and it had no return address to return the merchandise...I sent several emails and NEVER received a response so I will NEVER order from this fake company ever again and I advise ANYONE & EVERYONE to NOT order from this company. You have been warned....

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Aldin York. Someone close to me purchased a clothing item from their website, but what arrived looked nothing like what was advertised. The quality, appearance, and overall product did not match the photos or description online.

When we tried to contact the company for a return or refund, we received no response at all. Multiple attempts through email and their website went unanswered.

After looking further into the company, we discovered that many other customers online reported similar issues — products not matching the listings, no customer service response, and difficulty getting refunds.

Although the website presents the products as coming from Japan, the package we received was processed and shipped through 182-30 150th Rd, Jamaica, NY 11413, which appears to be a warehouse used by various online sellers. This raised additional concerns for us, especially after seeing other reviews mentioning the same address.

Based on our experience, I would not recommend Aldin York. If you're considering buying from them, proceed with caution and check recent customer reviews first.

This company is bogus...do not waste your time or money. The online store is fake, and they never intend on sending you your product. I had to get my bank involved to receive my refund.

I’d give zero stars if possible. The ‘company’, advertising on Facebook, is a complete scam. Articles never arrive, and although they repeatedly promise a refund, it is never given. My credit card is currently negotiating a dispute with them to get a refund. Again NEVER Order from the.com online version.

I saw a website with high quality appeals and bought $412.48 worth of items online. I thought the online store was legitimately located in the US. Although I am in the process of taking additional legal actions, I want readers to be careful because all of the items I bought are made up of very poor quality fabrics, smelly, some of the sizes are too large to wear (3XX), and more. As the store is physically non-existent, has no telephone number or known address, the only way to communicate is an email.

The worst! Don’t ever order anything from this company. Poor quality nothing like they show you in pics, send me the wrong sizes and never gave me instructions to make a return ! Dont waste your money

Buyer beware. If they do ship it will take a month to get. If you need a refund they won't!!!
