It's a scam, promised a refund- not received. Sent another email- now email doesn't exist!! No way of contacting them

PLEASE PLEASE do not use this company, complete scam! No London shop, all sent from China, appalling products, cheap tat that doesn’t resemble the pictures.No refunds, and on top of losing my money I paid to return to China, PLEASE report to Trading Standards to have them banned from F/B and any other media!

Should really be MINUS 5 STARS. As others have said, this company has (or had) appalling customer service. We did not receive an order and they would not entertain a refund. Their website now appears not to be working any more, and I have had my email to their support email pinged back as failed. Have they gone bust or been closed down? Either way, good riddance! My advice is to leave this company well alone.

My order was sent to the wrong address. I emailed many times but no response. Finally when I threatened to head to social media I got a response. The parcel was returned to royal mail and they sent it back to Alderly London. I still have not had a refund and once again they are ignoring my emails. Terrible company who are certainly not in London

It is a big scam. I ordered a shoes. Wide fitting that is supposed to be leather. Synthetic badly made slug backs far too big. They were supposed to give me 10 percent back. I emailed them no response. DON NOT BUY FROM THEM you will not be satisfied forget about customers service ( What's that) NOW I DO NOT TRUST BUYING FROM A SMALL BUSINESS.

hole i could barely shove my head through. Just cheap Chinese tat, purporting to be from British companies. They keep springing up with different names. The latest I saw on Facebook was called James and Emma. The same range. Synthetic with ink marks and unlike the photo , the pockets had been sewn on the outside , sticking out and not matching the dress. This lot need to be reported to trading standards. There is a London address on the back of the package which I’m going to try to send it back to. Failing that, I’ll claim the money back from my card and use it as dishcloths. It’s not fit for anything else!!

I can only repeat what others have already said. Poor customer support, inferior quality and returns via China, at a cost of £30, with no guarantees. I intend to give my purchase to charity and put it down to experience. At my age I hoped I would know better.

The dresses are not fit for purpose, I paid £89.91 for 2 sun dresses and they arrived after 2 weeks and bear no resemblance to the advert photos. They don’t have any brand label and the material is very thin.
The company has replied to my complaint- £30 to post to China, no store in London despite the name and map pin point.
They say if I don’t want to pay to return they will give me a 10% refund and plant a tree for every 3 orders.
I am hoping credit card company may assist.

Be very careful. They claim they are an ethical company, but any returns have to be sent back to China at your own cost.
The dresses were not well made with white pocket linings on dark dresses with the lining protruding. Not impressed!

I had (mis) understood that returns would be straight forward. I obviously hadn't read the small print nor had I read that this company was shipping from Asia, as I thought and saw pictures of what I thought was a UK store in London. Order took forever to arrive (and my reservations were realised). The dresses (orderd 2 sizes) but both are the same, quality is dire as is the cut and bore no resemblance to photo. Do not use this company nor get sucked in as I did which cost me £80 that i am never going to get back. I have emailed the company twice a day and still got no response. They should be blocked from selling on FB, Insta and everywhere as such a bad company on so many levels. I do not like the Shein/ Temu ethics and avoid these sites, but this it on the same level, much to my annoyance and dismay, but at least with those you get your money back in full. What a bad move on my part but hope you read these reviews and pick up what I overlooked. A One Star is 100 too many.

the dress took ages to aarrive and when it did it is very cheap, synthetic fabric. The garment is twisted making the pockets stick out. To get a refund you haver to post to China at your own cost £30 with no guarantee of refund saying it may not arrive. Avoid usiing this company it is a waste of resources and causes stress.

This site is a scam - my dress arrived after one month and is poorly made from inferior fabric. It was described as embroidered which is a lie.

Do not use this company, it is a scam. There is no London shop, all the goods are sent from China and must be sent back there, at your own expense. I bought two 'luxury dresses'. The quality is awful, cheap material, poor patterns, skimpy proportions.
They are operating in the same way as others including Jane London, Helen London, Langford Blake, Eliza & Margaret London, Grace & Sophia London. All purport to be in the UK, with a boutique selling luxury products, they offer ease of returns which is not true. Check out their reviews to see the pattern.

Don't use this company. I ordered two pairs of shoes from Adorly London. Clever website making it look like there's a London store run by these 2 women. But...I found out the items come from China, not London at all ! I've ordered shoes they've taken £120 and over one month on, no shoes. Lied about delivery and now no tracking available at all, liars ! No response to my complaints. Stay away from these crooks

This company are con merchants, do not buy any clothes from them. They have no connection to London, they sell cheap tat claiming they are selling expensive boutique stylish clothes . When the garments arrive after paying expensive prices & you try to return they wont give you their warehouse address in China.
