I was lucky enough to be offered a place on Alesha's most recent meditation course. It was a wonderful experience physically and spiritually. Alesha is an amazing teacher and healer who makes you feel at home, welcomed and understood. The studio is a beautiful and calming space with the most relaxing energy. I have been lucky enough to work with Alesha previously and will definitely be returning. An oasis of peace and calm in a world that can be difficult to understand and navigate. Thank you Alesha x

An extremely well delivered course that opened one’s mind to the opportunities available to help open one’s mind to the possibilities of individual growth. For me this course was a life changing experience.

I attended a 2 day channeling course with Alesha and any doubts and nervousness I had about the process soon disappeared.The whole experience was not only enlightening but each person was given the individual attention and support when and if required. I hesitated about joining the course but something kept drawing me to the experience and now I know why. A truly amazing 2 days.

On Friday and Saturday I completed a training course on Channelling with Alesha. It was a very beautiful experience, guided throughout by Alesha. All apprehension disappeared, as she guided us gently through the process. Her knowledge is second to none. Her caring attitude, her understanding and empathy was something that came out time and time again during the course. The course was held at Alesha's home, in her studio set out specifically for these type of events. I would without a doubt recommend this course to anyone wishing to attend.

I just completed a wonderful two day course in channelling with Alesha . We were guided step by step through the process of how to channel for ourselves and each other . Any understandable apprehensions that we had before taking the course were soon eased with Alesha’s great skill and vast experience in the field . The beautiful environment of her home and sacred space of her healing studio are the perfect settings to learn , grow and develop life skills. After receiving reiki for many years, I decided that it was something I would like to learn for myself.

Alesha came highly recommended to me by a friend.

Upon arrival, I was in awe of Alesha's fabulous house and beautiful work studio.

Alesha was so welcoming, which really helped put my nerves at ease!

We spent two days together on a 1-2-1 basis (one in August 2022 and one in February 2023) as I carried out level 1 and 2 reiki training.

I can honestly say that carrying out this training was one of the best decisions I have made (and one of the best experiences I have had!) And that was all down to Alesha.

Alesha's Intuitive nature is almost like a super power! I felt that her extensive knowledge and experience in her field really made me feel in safe hands.

I recently attended a one day retreat . Alesha was so welcoming and put everyone at ease. It was a wonderful rejuvenating day of meditation,yoga qi gong and relaxation. It was such a warm friendly enviroment, lovely food and chats inbetween. I felt very restored after the day and would definately attend again and recommend to others

I have greatly benefitted from the range of deep supportive knowledge Alesha has provided, with her true and authentic connection. She has been the facilitator of me getting to fully understand myself . Having a soul contract reading and being part of a wonderful supportive group whilst working through this phase in life has been quite transformative. I feel very privileged to have such a gifted empath to light the way, and I am in gratitude for the wealth of connection to others this path has also given me. Sharing this time together has been very special.

Being a part of the I Am Kula has been a profoundly moving and supportive experience for me. Being a part of this group has been the fertile soil that has facilitated my expansion into the truth of who I am. It has provided sustenance when I have been hungry for deeper authentic connection and sharing. It has reflected back to me parts of myself that escaped my awareness; both dark and light. I have been celebrated and acknowledged in this group and through it all, the steadfast guidance and encouragement of Alesha has been the unfaltering light on my path. The warm humanity and deep wisdom of Alesha has been the crucible in which such deep reconnection was made possible. Each gathering with my Kula sisters in the harmonious sacred temple of Alesha's home has been a union of hearts, minds and spirits and I have laughed and cried and been deeply honoured to witness and be a part of their journeys too. My heart overspills with gratitude for this part of my life, for this small powerful community of like minded women, for their presence and love and for the empowering nurturance of Alesha and her wise heart.

What a wonderful day I had with Alesha in her fabulous studio. I arrived to a small, lovely group, a hi vibe juice and a warm welcome and chat.
Throughout the day were gentle yoga practices, meditation sessions and healing journeys, all with a healthy and healing delicious lunch.
I started the day feeling very stressed and finding it really hard to focus but with each session I felt more and more relaxed. Alesha looked after each and everyone one of us with her amazing knowledge and guidance. I left feeling totally reset, recharged and having had a wonderful, warm and rejuvenating day.

I recently attended the Spring Equinox Retreat Day with Alesha, and I couldn't be happier with my experience! The serene atmosphere of the retreat, combined with the blend of meditation, yoga, and healthy food made it the perfect escape.

The meditation sessions were soothing and thought-provoking, while the yoga classes catered to all skill levels, making everyone feel welcome and comfortable. The delicious, nutritious meals left me energized and satisfied throughout the day.

Alesha is not just a highly competent, extremely knowledgeable teacher of yoga and meditation, she always connects that knowledge with specifically tailored exercises that resonate with the vibrations of the room. She will teach you the basics of the practices while gradually increasing the intensity of the sessions when reaching the required stages.
