Terrible service - am trying to return an item and company refuses to give me the return address, as it is not on the website. I have emailed 4 times with one reply asking why I am returning an item. Never again…

Agree with all the reviews. This company is a sham. Do not be fooled by the website. The items are of poor quality and you have to return the items to China even though they are shipped from London. This company is a scam and should be shut down. Please all report to trading standards. They are a disgraceful disgusting company

I ordered a simple night dress for my wife and a few bits (around £100)
I paid extra for the speedy delivery
They gave me a tracking number which 10 days later still isn't recognised by the carrier. I've also messaged 4/5 times and had no response

Advertising scam from China, poor quality products arrived and no possibility to return, pretend to be a London-based brand

Scam. Please read a realise this is a Facebook scam. Not sure how to complain to Facebook but Facebook need review people advertising on their site. 100% scam. Not London based. China based. Cheap Chinese rubbish. Poor quality. Delivery took a month.

It’s a complete set up to steal money avoid it and trust pilot take down any seals as misleading

Not as advertised, ordered 'silk' robe listed as nightdress. Item description states 'silk', fabric 'chaumesse silk'. When it arrived it is obviously satin, label on robe says 100% polyester. It's not even good quality satin.

Took almost 2 weeks to arrive, to be fair quoted time up to 20 days can be found in terms & conditions on website - but slow by today's standards. Returns policy is pay postage to send back to China. No thanks. If I had realised this before ordering I probably wouldn't have ordered.

The other items in my order are ok for the sale price, but not the quality I would expect from the full supposed non-sale prices.

You can find the bras in the main ad for £6.52 on AliExpress - better to do your research before buying!!!! I wish I could add a photo. Google lens the bra and you will find it on loads of dodgy sites and AliExpress.

Claims to be closing online store after 6 years- Only registered a few weeks ago. Advertises a good trustpilot rating but there is nothing here. Highly dubious. Please don't lose your money. Attractive looking advertising and products with promises of guarantees, advertised on social media as closing down sale.
