Very poor customer service. The dress I received was poor quality and I wanted to return the dress. I reached out 5 times and they kept saying they can give me a different item but I didn't want another poor quality item. I wanted to return the item. The story kept changing and they said I cannot return the item because it was on sale. There was no notification that the item is final sale. Everything shows on the website it is discounted. Never purchase anything from this company!!!!

Awful experience, the dress I bought was completely seethrough and too large. I e-mailed them and am currently at my 3rd request for refund procedures and this is what they say:

Since you’ve chosen not to go ahead with a replacement item, the only option left would be to return the package. Please be fully aware that this involves sending the item back to our warehouse in China at your own expense. Shipping costs for international returns are often quite high, and once the package arrives, a $20 restocking fee will also be deducted from the refund amount.

Additionally, because the return goes through international carriers and customs, the process can take a long time and there is always the risk of the package being delayed, held, or even lost. Please note that we cannot accept any responsibility if the package does not arrive safely.

If you still wish to proceed under these conditions, please confirm this by reply. Once we have your confirmation, we’ll provide you with the return address.

Clearly they are trying to dissuade me from making a return as they do not want to refund my order.

Quality is giving SHEIN. The buckle for the adjustable straps on the jacket are completely different and unusable. Should have gotten a full refund but their email team is being quite evasive and adding extra fees to the "return". Horrible customer service. This is a dropshipping website for sure. Do not buy. Take a look at the other reviews, definitely fake.
