Did not get hypothesized. First half was what was needed after stopped smoking and selling the products himself and making money for himself! Very suspicious! Not centered on hypnosis!!!

I really feel a lot better and especially healthier. I enjoy listening to Alex's voice, is very relaxing. Teaching me methods and suggestions that make it easier to stay a non-smoker. He uses guided imagery picturing myself as a non-smoker and images of myself taking deep breaths to promote positive energy, thoughts, and helps you take control of your cravings. I love the session and emails with guidance and suggestions to stay a non-smoker.

I’m so sorry Mr. Gown, I enjoyed your seminar. I learned many things that I didn’t know about before your seminar. But Mr. Gown I stopped at a convenience store and bought a pack of cigarettes before I even got home. I went in with an open mind. My wife told me to think positive. I retired from the military in 1992. I was a member of the Naval Special Warfare Command. I’m a former Navy SEAL.
