Adam at Alfa Mortgages went above and beyond and helping me release equity for an extension. Start to finish he kept me informed and responded to both mine and the banks queries pretty much as quickly as they were made to enable the process to be complete in less than 2 weeks from first consultation to the funds being released and the builders being on-site. Exceeded all expectations.

To say that Adam is professional and easy to deal with is an understatement. I have genuinely abused him with various questions, some silly ones too, at stupid hours of morning and night, over the weekends and always had a response in no time, not to mention the continuous re-assurance throughout the whole process of applying for a mortgage and waiting for an offer. I would highly doubt that on the market there are others as good and as approachable as Adam is and would recommend him to anyone that looks for help and advice during the home-buying journey. I don't do recommendations often as for me I take the responsibility very seriously! But in the case of Adam at Alfa Mortgages, I have absolutely no doubt in my mind. If Carlsberg made Mortgage advisors ..... Adam is your man! I work some ridiculous hours and the flexibility Adam offered was off the charts. I'd send ridiculous questions through late in the evening and I would blink and get a response. Adam is committed to his profession and this shines through. I had a complex personal situation and I never felt pressure - he was patient with me and let me lead the pace. But when I wanted to up that pace, he matched me. He is genuinely kind and caring and the relationship truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. Adam was recommended to me by someone I trust and he said to me that I would not be disappointed. He was right! If anyone asks me for a referral for mortgage advice now, my response is simple ..... pick Adam at Alfa Mortgages. I needed to arrange a bridging loan very quickly and I knew that approaching traditional banks and lenders wasn't going to work for me. I wanted to talk to a human being to explain my money raising requirement so I contacted Adam at Alfa Mortgages.

I was amazed and pleased with Adam's customer centric approach: Adam was happy to meet with me over video to explain the products available to me, i.e traditional mortgage versus bridging loan. Adam was responsive to all my questions at any time of day and night and he keeps in touch during the process. Bridging loans are always scary at the best of times but Adam talked me through the product he identified and I am totally happy with his recommendation. I would absolutely recommend Adam and Alfa Mortgages to anybody looking for finance to purchase a house or raise money against their house.
