Totally waste of the to deal with deposited salary on 2nd of April 2026,&till date 12 April 2026 only assurance no action.

WPS Services are too slow .. It takes even 5 to 7 days to credit salary .. not recommended al fardan .. Very bad experience…

I have a refund that hasn’t been processed since 6 frebruary and today is 31 march , 2305.03aed .. I have made numerous calls and emails, visited the branch physically but they haven’t refunded my money back I’m so disappointed,frustrated with Arfadan exchange. I will never use their services again .& I will make sure all my friends know about this bad service. I’m going to report to UAE central bank .

Bre vem wales, saved me, and in addition, my lost money was recovered.

Please do not trust this Al Fardan Exchange travel card, it is a SCAM< you will loose your money and they will take ages to return your money after 1000 emails and phone calls, it is super poor company and scam.

Horrible whatsapp support. Customer service agent doesn’t even care what I am writing, and keep giving me the same answer. I asked him to give me his staff number or his name in order for me to give feedback. But he is insisting me not to tell him. The worst customer service experience that I’ve ever had. Never using your service again.

VERY BAD IN CUSTOMER SERVICES, REMIT TRANSACTION MADE VIA ALFAPAY ON 9TH FEB AND SENDING MAILS AND CALLING FOR COMPALINT BUT NO RESPONSE, VERY VERY BAD EXCHANGE.
WILL RAISE COMPALINT NOW IN CENTRAL BANK OF UAE AGAINST THEM TO REFUND MY MONEY.

This company gives you the best exchange rate as per my info ( in July 2025)for EUR to AED BUT The employee in sharjah mega mall charged extra AED even after she already told me all charges beforehand.when I calculated and I found out, she said sorry, but very late I found out that this extra charging is a mafiya in lot of places in sharjah (probably NOT BY COMPANY though but my assumption is that its BY specific IINDIVIDUALS)and maybe even dubai and she was doing the same ,like scooping one spoon out of your ice cream.its ok if its one time but If that happens to every ice cream you buy everyday,at different places,and that too from many people?

I would have ignored it but another employee in another al fardan exchange in between sharjah and dubai also did same thing 3 days later.she charged extra from me even though she told including all charges beforehand. Since I am a tourist and could not afford to file case and all, I just left there. Hopefully this review would be helpful to some.

ALWAYS CALCULATE IN CALCULATOR SECRETLY THE SUM YOU SHOULD BE RECEIVING. ASK BEFOREHAND IF ITS INCLUDING ALL CHARGES.THIS WAY YOU CAN STOP THIS.

Bad customer service

Al Fardan Exchange near Satwa Bus Station is a very poor exchange service. For example, if you go there to send money, they charge some of the highest rates compared to other exchanges. Their fees are also very high, and their service is almost zero percent satisfactory.
If you want to send 500 AED, they will charge you around 16 AED as a fee, and the money will only be transferred the next day. In my opinion, Al Ansari Exchange and JX Exchange are much better than this one.
This is my personal opinion, but I strongly suggest avoiding this exchange because their staff behavior is also not good.

The worst branch and the worst staff in Al fardan exchange, please bring back the old staff on this branch, all new staff are so slow working they work slowly so they can’t take more customers waiting even people got irritated and complain they don’t care, during rush time only two staff is there, the manager need to do something some staff just standing outside calling and smoking outside they don’t care even it’s full of people waiting already worst, really worst!!

Worst service ever. I received the OTP but I’m not able to enter it in the app. Tried multiple times, reinstalled the app, still the same issue. Sent email to support but no response at all. Very disappointing service. Not recommended.

Avoid WPS service: Persistent delays and zero accountability.

We have used WPS service for nearly two years, and have finally decided to close our account due to consistent failures.

Salaries were frequently delayed without explanation, which is unacceptable for a payroll provider.

Their customer service is virtually non-existent; emails go unanswered, and the call center provides little support.

If you are looking at AL Fardan as a WPS service provider, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Their WPS service sucks, everytime there is a delay in processing the salary and we have to make calls to wps team customer support and stay on hold for 34 minutes to just listen that they dont have any updates, its really a poor customer service. Email team is on another level - No responses on time and they serve nothing but lot of stress

Am so sorry to say but all the time I go to use your services there are issues but this time even the stuff the at electra street branch . How can u tell we dont have customer care here u can call for customer here . Really if the services are bad atleast attend with a good behaviour and asking weird questions. Personally I will now believe what has been told with ghe service money delays and after they make u pay extra charges for no reasons same on you making people pay for ur fault am writing this cuz every time there is an issue with ur service and this was enough

Al Fardan Exchange has been extremely unreliable with their WPS salary system. Last month, my salary was delayed for over two weeks, which is completely unacceptable. Despite assurances that the issue was resolved, the same delay has happened again this month.

This shows a serious lack of accountability and professionalism in handling something as critical as salary payments. Customer support has been unhelpful and unable to provide clear answers or solutions.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend Al Fardan Exchange to any company or individual, especially for WPS services. Look elsewhere if you want dependable salary processing.
