Amazing quality
I tried the smoked salmon from Alfred Enderby couple times and it was absolutely outstanding. The quality is evident from the first bite – beautifully cured, delicately smoky, and incredibly fresh. The texture was perfect: It elevated a simple meal into something truly special. Highly recommended for anyone who appreciates authentic, artisan smoked fish. I’ll definitely be buying again!

Our first order and definitely not our last. Packaged with care and faultless DPD delivery as scheduled. As for the haddock, we could not have selected any better quality fish.
