If I could give this company a 0 stars I would. They are terrible! The customer service is useless, and I would never shop here again. They literally just want your money and then you’re on your own.

10/10! Loved my dress for my 20th birthday.

Amazing customer service dress started preorder but I still revived it in abt 5 days before it was even supposed to ship! I mentioned this was my bday dress they when I reviewed my package I also got a hand written happy bday message on there! The dress is as pictured definitely a viral moment it was my favorite part of my bday this year THEE DRESS!😍😍😍😍

Dress came within two days and was absolutely perfect & quality was amazing. I had a dress from another company fall through, so Alglist really pulled through for me.

I ordered the Valentia dress and it was super stunning. Shipping was fast and the packaging was phenomenal. I looked fabulous for my birthday! The dress definitely has a lot of stretch. I ordered a XL .

I ordered the dress Zara for a birthday photoshoot. It was a bit small but I took it to a seamstress to open it a little bit because I did not have time to exchange it for a different size. Other than that the quality was Amazing. The attention to detail was also amazing, and it arrived in a timely manner.

I can say that my experience was great. I was scared to use this company but because of Trustpilot I decided to give it a try. My daughter’s prom dress came as they said, it was flawless, beautiful and exactly as the picture described. I would definitely recommend this company to others. They do beautiful work and the shipping is on point. My daughter’s day was a success!

The worst customer service ever… order my daughters prom dress 3 months in advance, never received the prom dress because it was never sent to the carrier upon contacting Alglist they state there is nothing they can do but give a store credit. I did not want a store credit because of the experience we had with them. They refuse to give a refund! I would never shop with this company again nor will friends or family! Poor customer care
