I had ordered 2 items and only 1 got…
I had ordered 2 items and only 1 got delivered. I complained about the missing item and customer service handled it with great service. Got back the item after few days and came with 3 goodies as well which my wife loved. Thanks a lot for this good service and keep it up.

As an avid high-end fragrance collector, I have built an impressive collection featuring renowned brands such as Le Labo and L'Artisan Parfumeur. Recently, I decided to explore Al Haramain and its range of fragrances, having heard positive feedback about its products.
I visited their store to collect my order today and was pleasantly surprised by the exceptional service provided by their staff. They generously allowed me to sample other fragrances and the scents are still projecting off the tester paper. In addition, they included some samples with my purchase, which was a thoughtful gesture.
The fragrance I purchased today was one I had heard about previously and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed with the quality and value of the product. I do not doubt that I will return to Al Haramain in the future for more purchases.

Delivery fast and quick, spray nozzle no good.
Delivery fast and quick. Package secure. Only problem my bottle of detour noir, the nozzle comes off. If I put the cap on, the nozzle gets stuck in cap. I lost the nozzle and had to try attach another one from a different bottle. Don’t know if all bottles are like this or it’s just mine.

My first order couldn't have gone better. Ordered a few items, and also received a couple of samples for future consideration. The perfumes are out of this world! All scents are unique, feminine and long lasting. I will be ordering more perfumes from this company, want to have them all. Will not purchase from anywhere else from now on. The order arrived within a couple of days. Overall, an amazing service. Also affordable, given the quality.
