Ordered the Gabriella dress in the sale - arrived quickly and I was surprised at how nicely it was packaged and presented! The dress is lovely too, really good quality & I can’t wait to wear it in the autumn :)

Great experience!
I really love Aligne, I have bought items from other companies that sell the brand on their websites but recently have been ordering directly from the site. Clothes are lovely quality, delivery is quick and returns are processed super quickly too which is a bonus! I’m really happy with my experience!

Terrible customer service
Ordered a dress, paid for it. I then waited two weeks, with absolutely no contact from Aligne despite numerous emails to their customer service to find out why my order hadn't been fulfilled. They only have an email address, no phone number or live chat. Finally, they emailed to tell me that I had cancelled the order. Really poor customer service - buyer beware!

I purchased the flossy blazer that was £110. I was disappointed at how it was packaged. It looked like in was thrown in the box there was a small piece of paper that wasnt wrapped around it. There doesnt seem to be any care taken and it was a little dusty. I like the blazer and needed it for an occasion at the weekend so had to use it and spent ages steaming it. I was expecting with this price tag there would be a little more care. When i contacted them they said this happens in transit.
