I ordered the Aligne jeans in a size 25, but they turned out to be tight around the waist. Jodie was incredibly helpful throughout the return process and promptly assisted me in exchanging them for a size 26 after I provided proof of return. I really appreciated the efficient and friendly service — it made the experience seamless. Thank you!

Customer service going above and beyond! Jodie helped with the DHL payment request and rectified the situation regarding unexpected duty request to receive the shipment. Being able to exchange correspondences without a chat bot goes a long way.

Do not recommend ordering from the EU if you’re not sure on sizing. Returns are paid as well as shipping, so I had to pay 24 euros for an item I didn’t keep as result.

Firstly, the delivery arrived super fast and I am based in Australia.
I purchased the Fern Bow Satin Mini Dress and Beau Bow Satin Blazer for my wedding ceremony, and honestly cried when I put the outfit on. The quality of both garments is outstanding and so beautifully cut. I am incredibly happy with my purchases.
I also bought the Isobel Colour Block Waisted Cardigan, which is incredibly well made, very warm and most importantly, chic!

I love this brand! I ordered the Daphne Cardigan in grey which, first of all, the fit and fabric are 10/10 - it's so chic. But what really left am impression was the quick and understanding response from Jodie regarding my customs/duties issue - I know these new US tariffs are so chaotic for businesses so thank you SO much for working through my situation so kindly. I'll be back to shop again!!

It would be good if they channelled some of the money they spend on marketing into increasing the quality of cuts and correcting sizing. I think a lot of styling has gone into the clothing online, as it fits exceptionally differently in real life.

Really outstanding customer service from Jodie who went out of her way to get specific measurements for the pieces I was interested in. I’m so impressed with the this of the company, the clothes and how conscientious the staff are.

I ordered the Daphne waistcoat (£175) in 2 sizes, and a denim top (£89) also in two sizes. They emailed to say that only one of the tops was available and refunded me for the other. Order arrives, and actually both tops are there but only one waistcoat. I’ve emailed twice now to try to get the right item refunded and they just aren’t reading my emails and keep getting it wrong. I’m still out of pocket for the two waistcoats to the tune of £350. Not great. Aligne please sort this out!

Align makes very beautiful clothing of high quality. I have ordered quite a bit and have been very satisfied every time. I noticed that a pair of pants had a stain that couldn’t be removed in the wash. I wrote to Align, and they responded immediately. Sales support Jodie sent a new pair within a few days. Only positive feedback from here.

Jodie on customer service is great. She has helped me a couple of times with delivery and return queries. She goes above and beyond to answer the queries. She has always sorted the issue quickly and is polite and friendly. Thank you so much
