Irresponsible and Unreliable Forwarders
Due to poor handling by Jonathan at All-Forward and Domino from Express Global, the carrier charged us over $2,500 to release the container. When we contacted them regarding this issue, both parties chose to ignore our repeated requests.
When choosing a freight forwarder, you expect them to stand by the shipment and support their client, but they were completely unprofessional and ignorant when it mattered most. This issue was 100% avoidable with proper communication and escalation.
Avoid working with All-Forward.com and Expressglobal.com if you’re looking for accountability and reliability. When things go wrong, they disappear.
