Ordered shirt for my Great Grandson. Was very pleased with quality and shipment

Product arrived in a timely fashion and was exactly as it was presented in picture. My granddaughter was thrilled with the drawings and loves her shirt. Great experience dealing with this company!

Please don't buy from these guys. When I came across their products I was first alerted by the many different styles they use in their products. After talking with some of the artists whose work I was able to identify it became clear that these people just use other people's work without contacting them or compensating them.
Don't buy here, your order might never arrive according to some other reviews and you support criminals who don't care about intellectual property.

I received a poster from the company that had a misspelled word on it. They refused to fix it or to refund my money. I should have read the other reviews on this company before ordering.

I ordered this for my mom for Valentine’s Day. She was so happy she called me crying. It was worth every penny spent!!!

First order came in, no rattling before I opened the box and then I saw the 2 large pieces of what was to be a Christmas gift for my Daughter in law. Among the enclosed paperwork was an address to file a claim and tell my story. I also needed to send a photo of the broken item. I followed instructions and within 10 days, my new, WHOLE mug arrived. Thank you for making the "complaining process" so painless and thank you for your excellent customer service

DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered a mug from this company that was supposed to arrive early December. It was a Christmas gift. It never arrived even though tracking said it was out for delivery around December 12th. Do not buy from this company, they refuse to give me a refund and i will not pay more than the mug is worth to ship it overseas to my daughter. If this was a real company they should offer a refund when requested.

Ordered two Grandson from Grandma blankets and first received one Great Grandson from Great Grandma blanket and one Grandson from Maumaw. Second shipment was two Grandson from BaKathy. Who is BaKathy!!! The worst customer service and claim responses I have ever seen. Would not recommend wasting your money and aggravation!!!! And they claim everything was sent properly even though I sent pictures of the blankets. How can I give them to my grandsons.

I received a mug that I felt I had not ordered. It may have been a mix-up on their end, but after contacting them with an email plus pictures of what I received, they sent me the one I wanted. I had no problem with their customer serviced and was satisfied with the product.

I usually don't write reviews, but based on the awful service I've received, and being a business owner myself, I felt the need to share my experience.

I ordered a picture from all_overlove for my mom this Christmas. During checkout, they had an option that said "Check this box for guaranteed 3 day shipping. Get it before Christmas guaranteed".

So I checked this box, and Christmas came around and I still didnt have my gift. I placed my order on Dec. 18th, and the tracking said I'd receive it by the 21st. I received it on the 27th, and the product I received was a paper thin canvas that looked half as good as the pics I saw (did I mention it was the smallest size they had, and still cost me about $28 with shipping? Rip off.)

I requested for a refund on my shipping, and the company had the audacity to email me and claim they have 7-14 day processing times (might I add, I emailed them a day after Christmas. Took them 11 days to respond to me. I guess their customer service dept is atleast beating their processing times). Well, that's not what I paid the extra shipping charge for. So you're company employees can be lazy and not process an order for 14 days during the holiday season. Besides, I can tell they're lying to me since I got an order shipping notification the next day. My employees ship packages same day, and we offer a variety of shipping options. Also, regardless of whether we have a holiday break or not, customers receive a response from our customer service department within 24 hours at the latest. Most emails/calls are answered immediately. The lack of customer service was astounding.

They completely ignored my request for a refund on shipping even though they were at fault.

I will never order from this company again, and I would recommend shopping with a different company. I could have paid 1/3 the price for this print, received better customer service, and had it by Christmas if I ordered it through Ebay.

I ordered a pillow cover for my daughter-in-law, but I thought the material used was strange for a pillow. I believe All Over Love decided on that material so the printing would adhere better. Instead of using it as a pillow cover, I've decided to frame it and give it to her as "art."

Ordered a sherpa blanket for my mother’s birthday and was sent a different product. I submitted multiple claims and sent countless emails. The customer service is a joke! They took my money and sent me the wrong product (a cheaper version of what I order) but they charged me the price of the more expensive one. I understand that mistakes happen but you can’t call them and they won’t do anything to resolve the issue. Beware of this company!!!

Love the Daughter In Law mug. Love the wording and my New Daughter loved it too. It was shipped quickly and securely. Thank you

If it weren't for the shipping it would have been perfect so I gave 4 stars for weak packaging.
But... l contacted the seller a couple of days before Christmas and they sent a completely free replacement that got here in one piece the day after Christmas.. so I changed it to a 5. My son-in-law loved it, thank you, Patricia

I ordered a poster for my husband and he loved it! The process was easy and the delivery was quick. I worried about the shipping with a poster, but it arrived perfectly.
Only thing I would suggest is an option to purchase the posters framed prior to delivery. I know it would cost more, but I'd be happy to pay for it.
We were both extremely happy with our purchase and I would definitely recommend All Over Love. Definitely going to be purchasing more from this company.
