Chelsea was incredibly helpful putting together a reorder over the phone. It was the first time we needed to restock pins in two years, and she found our old order and had a quote to us in minutes. It was a great experience, and I'm looking forward to working with AllAboutPins in the future again.

THE WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. I have them guaranteeing me a month before that my products will be with me. A week before our event, they emailed saying they cant do the order because of “factory issues”. I told them to just refund me as another shop can do it if I give them a week. THEY DECLINED AND SAID THEY FOUND ANOTHER FACTORY AND THEY WILL BE ABLE TO DO IT. I kept emailing them saying I JUST WANT A REFUND. They kept promising things. And then come 2 days before our event they say they cant do it and theyre sorry. I asked for an alternative and they have none. They also informed us of this very late. WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY. The WORST COMPANY TO WORK WITH. I kept telling them to not put me in a bad position and give me time to look for alternatives and they didnt. I knew that this will happen and they knew that too. But they have 0 care for their customers. They will not give your product. Please dont stress yourself with a company like this. I dont usually write bad reviews but this is one of the worst companies ive had the displeasure of working with.

Fast, efficient

My experience was great. Colby Brockman was very helpful and responded to my questions with good answers. He really had a sense of the type of pin we were looking for.
Now, I'm hoping that your product is really good too.

The response time was so impressive! I ordered on a holiday weekend. From the time I submitted a request till the time I ordered was probably an hour and a half. The delay was because I didn’t check my email that quick or it would’ve been 35 minutes! They gave me multiple options to choose from and it was an actual person that was responding and not an automated response. I’m so excited to receive my order!

Working with All About Pins was wonderful. Their team promptly responded to my messages, the proofs were sent quickly, and ordering was easy. I really appreciate the ease of the entire process.
