Amazing friendly professional service, great communication. Using this company took a lot of stress out of our travel plans.

As anxious pet parents, we had no worries about them, Dot and Ted were very comfortable in their care, they looked after them as if they were their own.

J’étais inquiet à l idée de rentrer au Royaume Uni avec ma famille et mes parents après avoir vécu en France. Et la dernière chose dont j avais besoin etait le stress de changer de pays avec mes chats. Matt et Lisa ont été formidables et tout s’est passé à merveille. Les chats sont arrivés dans notre nouvelle maison heureux et Matt et Lisa s’étaient visiblement bien occupé d’eux. Je recommande vivement d’utiliser leurs services et si mes chats pouvaient parler, je suis sûr qu’ils en feraient de même. 5 étoiles bien méritées !

I used All Aboard Pet Travel to bring my dog from Switzerland to London by car, and they made the process so easy for me. I explained that my dog had separation anxiety and Lisa assured me that he would be cuddled throughout the entire journey- and as promised he was. They made sure I had all my paperwork and were very helpful. A Whatsapp group was created and I had access to their live location the whole time. I never had to ask for updates as they kept coming. I felt like my dog was in safe hands as they are true animal lovers. He came back so happy.

I recently used the All Abroad pet travel service to transport my beloved cat George from Europe, Charles de Gaulle aiport to the UK,and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire experience.

From the very beginning, Lisa at All Abroad was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They walked me through the entire process, from obtaining the necessary paperwork and vaccinations for George, to booking the crossing and arranging for pick up and drop off at the airport. They were always available to answer any questions I had and made sure I felt comfortable and confident about the journey my pet would be taking.

On the day before the flight, the All Abroad team set up a WhatsApp group and my driver introduced himself, and kept in contact on the day of arrival.

Once myself, George and the luggage was safely loaded all I had to do was relax and enjoy the journey home, which I did.

I am so grateful to All Abroad for their exceptional service and care for my cat. They truly went above and beyond to make sure she had a safe and comfortable journey. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking to transport their pet internationally. Thank you, All Abroad, for taking such great care of my furry family member!
