No value for money, they charged $200 for an exam and still got a (D). I will not recommend it to anyone for now. They did not meet my expectations even though they promised me an A. Kindly hire more consistent experts. My advice to anyone reading this is to be extra careful when hiring any company to help with your exams or Online classes or just use known websites like somotutors or maybe freelancing companies that rate individual experts.

A scam webiste. They have this Susan White person that does not exist in real life who keeps hounding me with emails, calls, texts and wanting me to pay after I called them out for scamming people. I reported them to the authorities

Honestly, am so tired of just chasing after them to give me a refund.
Every single answer they gave was wrong, even after correcting them, their experts just send in the same solutions over and over again.
Asked them for a refund, they said they'll do it from scratch but no, they didn't.
They just copied the earlier solutions.
Told them the dateline has passed and these people still say they want to amend.
No idea who they expect me to submit the assignment to when the dateline has passed...
These people don't understand English.

I had given a assignment to this guys . They provided the wrong solution, blamed me that I submitted the wrong sheet , then apologised me that they had technical issues and would refund my money back in my account. They refunded my money back in wallet before 1 month since that day I am following up with this Guys after a while they said you can use this money from wallet for next assignment, I told them I dont want to .. I need the money back in my bank account, Even Susan white the owner , I had messaged her on LinkedIn , she did reply and told money would be transferred in 48hrs its been 3 days now and yet its not done yet. One of the team member told me their finance team is busy so couldnt do it . I was like what ? If you dont value about refunds than why have you kept finance team? They said we will surely transfer it within 1 day yet no one did transfer it. This guys have given me very bad worst experience. I was told by my friend who give this guys regular work but now he is also thinking to stop after what happed with me.

Fake company, copy paste work. They do not meet the deadline, will give you work 3-4 days late. Don't opt for them. Took the money, kept saying work will be done soon and never gave me the assignment.

Honestly the worse company I've ever dealt with. I paid them to write an assignment, I provided lots of guidance and information. I waited 2 months and then got a piece of work that was a disgrace, it wouldn't have passed an assignment from a 5 year old. There's no way I could have handed it in, it was just irrelevant information cut and paste from the internet. When I complained they said they would redo it and charged me another £70, a few days later they gave back the same work but changed about 5 words, I complained again and now they are ignoring me. They say that all their "experts" are from UK universities, this is 100% not true, the grammar is appalling, it's clearly outsourced to India to people who have no knowledge of the topic and at only concerned about filling up the word count with irrelevant information. Any positive reviews on here I can guarantee are made up, all their "expert" profiles are fake and when you complain they just ignore you.
