i order all most 30 day earlier sent email to try what was going on no response try chat no one there

These folks are not to be trusted. It took me over 6 1/2 months to get my order after numerous phone calls and text messages they never responded. I finally received my product-after having to go direct to the manufacturer. Do not buy from this company.

Order items were missing, I trying to contact the company via email, website, quick chat, but you do no care, 0 response in a week.
One time on website chat support responded, the confirmed that the order item was missing and she promised me that she would discuss this matter with warehouse and write me an email, since then I'm trying to reach out to them without any success

Good intentions but lousy CS & Non-Delivery one month later.
Very small company--great prices but being small their customer service is terrible. The website phone # gives you only voicemail. They shipped 2/4 items one week later (NO "same day shipping") and indicated all items were shipped (blamed on their 'system'). After a somewhat threatening voicemail (they do listen to that, just don't respond unless triage is required) they called me and soothed my fears of being scammed. But, 2 weeks later, nothing but a second GPS antenna (??) that I already got. $6280 was yet to be delivered. After more texts, emails and voicemails I said I'm calling my credit card company. So the triage continued and I was texted right back, but too late, CC company already refunded my money for "non-delivery". That was one month after my order. To their credit "Steve" appeared sincerely apologetic in how my order was handled as he immediately texted me. But you have to SCREAM to be heard to get any response. The whole thing made me nervous. After all they had $1000's of my money from the start. So, next time I order from a new-to-me company I will call CS first to see if they even answer their phones. This company needs to hire some teenage kids to at least answer the phone! Sometimes email worked, sometimes it didn't. I think they are legit just have a dysfunctional business process. I hope they learn from this as their prices are much better than A.S. Glad it's over. Yet I still need the avionics…..OH, and 2 weeks later they still haven’t sent me a return authorization for the 2nd GPS antenna I never wanted. So, I’ll keep it until they get their act together. Can’t order from them again, unless you’re really pinching pennies and need to take that risk. Bad experience.

The website claimed the ELT Battery was in stock and would ship immediately. After 10 days of zero contact (countless attempts to contact customer service via phone and chat), a guy finally answered the chat. He said they had just received a shipment of batteries and that mine would be going out that day. 3 more days passed, and they then said it would be shipped directly from the factory in Ft. Lauderdale (250 miles from my house in Florida). That took another 3 days.
I did not pay sales tax….for an item that shipped from my home state, the price was less than EVERY other place online, and it was free shipping.
Something is definitely fishy in tuna town, and I will not be using this place again.

I’ve ordered multiple times from them and they are great to work with. Definitely recommend.

Ordered an Icom A25C Sport on 4/4/25. My credit card was charged immediately. Although they advertise same-day-shipping, I heard nothing from them except that my order was being processed. After numerous texts, emails, webpage chats, and voice messages asking about the status of my order, I finally e-mailed, texted, and left a voicemail to cancel. Within two hours, a rep called me and asked to reconsider my cancellation and they'd ship it the next day. I declined and confirmed that I wanted to cancel, seeing within a day that their website showed that it was cancelled. A month later and they still haven't refunded my $319.95. I've disputed the charge with my credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VENDOR!

Pricing was good. Called countless times no one answered. Finally got someone to chat one day. Many question were never answered.

I ordered an item that their site said was in stock and would ship within 24 hours. A week later I still only had an order confirmation email stating I would receive tracking once it shipped. I left emails, chat inquiries, and voicemails and there was no response for days - until I disputed the charge with my CC company. THEN I suddenly receive a phone call stating that they were sorry for the misinformation on the site, that they now had 29 now in stock and would ship and provide me tracking that same day. It never happened. I never got a tracking number, they never shipped. Total scammers.

Puzzled by preliminary shipment announcement from what was apparently a partner company of yours

Buyer beware: they will take your money and not ship anything.

Martin reached out by email just after I placed a $4000 order, and promised the items would be sent out that very day.

Months later, I still hadn't received the items, or any replies to countless emails. No one answered the phone either, or the contact form on their website.

I filed a dispute with Visa, and AllAvionics rejected the chargeback! Thankfully Visa ruled in my favor when it was escalated.

This company communicates poorly. I tried calling them during business hours to find out the status of an overdue "overnight" shipment that was several days late, but I encountered voice mail. I left several messages, but I didn't get a call back. I can't consider ordering from them again.
