Ordered an item marked in stock with same-day shipping, but it still hadn't shipped after 10 days. UPS said the shipping label was incomplete and the company never responded. I tried reaching them via email, phone, and live chat with no luck. Extremely frustrating experience.

I’ve never had such great service. My order was immediately filled, shipped, and received in less than two days. I would highly recommend this company.

They were very helpful and answered all the questions on the products i asked about, i will diffently buy here a again. The shipping is super fast.

Ordered the AV-30 IFR package with 2 AV-30, OAT probe, and 2 CB along with the AV-MAG and AV-LINK.
Received the 2 AV-30 in 2 Days, but nothing else.
Emailed the company a week later and rec'd a phone call 10 minutes later saying they were shipped from another warehouse that same day.
A week goes by and nothing shows up. Emailed and called the company more times than I can count and haven't received a email response, or got ahold of anyone that even answers the phone there.
Over 3 weeks later, I just want a refund for the items I purchased, but can't get a response...
If I could even get a response, I would be patient, but this is a horrible way to treat customers

Never shipped the item nor responded to emails. Finally answered the chat on the 3rd attempt.

I ordered a TailbeaconX based on the stated delivery time of just a few days. I called in, and when I reached a representative, I was told that the product was out of stock and that they would have a shipment in a few days. I waited another week, and they had not received the product, so I had to cancel my order and source the unit elsewhere. No big deal, I get inventory issues; however, I have not received my refund, and I have been calling them to address the issue and have not had anyone answer the phone or reply to a TXT or even emails. It has been a month, and I have not received a refund or the TailbeaconX. I hope this is all a paperwork issue, but now, I question the legitimacy of AllAvionics as a legitimate supplier.

Ordered 1 item showing in stock free same day shipping. Order had not shipped 10 days later. I called and the item was shipped UPS Ground and my card was charged. After a week of waiting I called UPS. Per UPS the shipping label from AllAvionics.com did not contain the street name or address number and AllAvionics had not responded to their contact attempt. This information is correct on my order page. I sent an email to get it corrected, called 2 days in a row leaving messages and tried “Live Chat.” I received no reply to any contact attempt.

AV30-C package was ordered on 9-5. Never got shipped until 9-13 and arrived 9-17. Unfortunately there were 3 items in this package and only one was shipped. There has been no response from Allavionics as to the status of balance of this order. I have emailed, texted, & called several times each. Their price might be better but there service has become very subpar. Roger

Happy customer here! Our club's Mooney was grounded as all the traditional sources were out of stock of the ELT battery we needed. Not only did we find it in stock at Allavionics, but these folks offered it at the very best price and shipped it out immediately. Arrive in Texas in two days. Awesome!! Thank you!

Received the 2 AV-30s but nothing else in installation package. They responded quickly delivering OAT probe that was missing, but after 4 calls/chats/emails, over 3 months since order and multiple promises the circuit breakers would be sent, still nothing. I’m hoping the avionics actually work once installed since their customer service is terrible.

Ordered RAMI com antenna, had a question after I ordered it and company was very helpful and responded promptly. Antenna showed up today, packaged well in bubble wrap. Very pleased with the experience.

I really needed overnight shipping to move a plane with a broken SkyBeacon. They accidentally shipped it 2 day.
