Misleading and terrible customer service
I had an unfortunate experience with ALL Canada Notary. The number of pages mentioned in the Affidavit does not align with the total pages of the passport. We were misled by their customer service, as they informed us that only the affidavit page would be stamped. Now, when we wish to include all the passport pages, the numbers don’t match the original affidavit. I am disappointed with this oversight. When I contacted them about the issue, their response was that I should pay again!

Great staff!
Booked my appointment online. Due to technical difficulties my appointment had to be rescheduled. Jean was amazing, I was really frustrated about the technical difficulties and she managed to get me in 30min later. Sumeeta was my notary and she was very professional and made the whole process very easy. Thank you for the great customer service!

I would not use this service
I would not use this service. I booked an appointment and was bumped twice because they had no Notaries on hand. The second time was 2 minutes before the second appointment, for an additional 75 minutes. When I finally received the notarized document (which was a simple bank document), it was not accepted by the bank and I was forced to get the document notarized elsewhere (for an additional fee). When I asked for a refund, they said sorry, too bad, so sad. Don't deal with these amateurs (in my opinion). And to make matters even worse. The phone number that the notary provided as contact info on the document itself, was out of service. So if someone called to verify, it would look extremely unprofessional.
