High quality products for very low prices

The past few years have been rough for us, and we have had to cut back on a few things. My family and I were so happy to see the quality of the products at Elite Rebate that it was very hard to believe most of them were being offered for free. Apart from the products, the customer service is responsive and helpful. I got response within few minutes on online chat which is super helpful. The staff is constantly working on trying to improve the site and you will notice minor improvements coming continuously.

I have deducted one star because of the website issues and loading circle of death. But after trying a couple of times one can easily snag some awesome deals.

Overall an excellent rebate site with tons of quality product and responsive customer service, why not try it?

Don’t waste your time

I have been with Elite rebates for over 4 years! I loved the group when it was ran on Facebook. It was fair for everyone and nothing was sneaky or misleading. Since moving to a website it went downhill fast! I used to be able to get a few items daily, to not being able to get any items at all! Don’t waste your time with this company, as you will never be able to snag an item, unless they personally “like” you and give you favoritism. Many buyers spent so much time helping to build the company and help the sellers, only to be swept aside and forgotten about!

Edit: So just to show how this website operates, if you post a review of your experience your account gets suspended. Not that I care, but just shows how incredibly childish these people are.

Waste of time

I signed up with their website a long time ago and I’m still totally disappointed. You’d think with today’s technology that the site would be much faster and load quicker. I keep going back, hoping that things will improve, Instead, the pictures take a long time to load and when you click on it, it lags horribly. After so much time, you’d think it would be better. It’s just a waste of time though

I would be very cautious of this…

I would be very cautious of this website.
Most of the good reviews that are posted have been incentivized in one way or another…or at least promised incentives, but don’t come into fruition for everyone.

The people that run the site and their Facebook group are rude and have their special “favorites”. If you’re not one of those favorites (which requires brown nosing), then you’re not going to get any of the good items. Of course, the most rude one hides behind the “Elite Rebate” profile name. Even the responses to the reviews on here are extremely rude and unprofessional. Also, they’re always making excuses for late refunds

The group wasn’t “great” even when Dee ran it, but it was a heck of a lot better than it is now. They even did her wrong
When they moved to the website, it all fell apart.
As stated in so many of the other reviews, It’s slow, it’s glitchy and nothing good is ever available. The only things you’ll see available are the items nobody wants (supplements and other items that require money out of pocket).

There are much better rebate sites and groups out there. Ones that have terrific customer service and much more efficient systems in place. Ask your fellow Rebaters where the GOOD rebate sites/groups are. Get hooked up where the REAL deals are! You’ll be much happier elsewhere

Webite is lacking, big time

Please please please, get your act together. The website is slower than molasses, why is that? How can nothing be done about this? I don't understand - why not just invest in better servers to improve the load. It has become so cumbersome to wait at the top of every hour just to sit there for another 15 minutes while watching the wheel spin to no avail. It blows my mind why this would not be one of the first things to resolve??

Liars, thieves and cheats.

This website took an incredibly unfortunate turn in the last year or so. The person running things behind the scene flat out lies and has no concern for his loyal customers. They don’t refund in a timely manner and then blame their refund service and create fake bank holidays to try and cover for the fact that they just don’t care about following through. They rope people in with promises of bonuses, higher status and first crack at great items, but they never actually make good on these promises - they just take full advantage of people who work hard. Lots of us spent hundreds of hours posting “sweet deals” on their website with promises of being at a higher tier, and after WE built that for them, it just never happened.

And their front line staff went from caring, hardworking women who are on top of things to one lead person (who is rude and dismissive) and her team of overseas people - I guess cheap labor trumped good help here. I won’t even get into the ethical side of how they go after their competitor’s customers by undercutting and making big promises that they can’t fulfill. I truly hope that everyone sees through their crap and walks away. There are much better ways to get rebates!!

Constantly evolving and improving

I've been a member for over 3 years and highly recommend. I always get an array of free items (not including tax). The website could use some work due to the lag since so many users often use the site at the same time but they are already on it. Elite Rebates is constantly improving. I look forward to the future in seeing what else I can snag for free!

I love using Elite Rebate! Quality products!

I have been buying products from Elite Rebate for quite a while and I would recommend them to anyone looking for good quality products from zero to a few dollars. I get to try all kinds of products and I always receive my money back on time deposited by Echeck. I'm addicted to the site! What will be available tomorrow? You'll never know if you don't join.

One of the worst rebate sites

I have been using many different rebate sites for years now, and eliterebate has been the worst experience among them all. They dispute rebates when they make mistakes in records, they are still in "beta" after 2 years, which is an excuse to have a terrible site layout, and they are not user-friendly at all. Avoid this scammy site.

Could be better if…

One of the better rebate sites out there. They do have issues paying sometimes. The checks take a week to deposit to your account once you’re notified you’ve received it. Checkbook.io said it’s because Elite Rebate doesn’t want to spend money for it to hit our banks in a more timely manner. I don’t know how true this is. There are better groups out there that reimburse you for tax and pay you regularly, this one doesn’t reimburse you for tax so unless you live in a tax free state or send the product to a tax free state, you’re stuck paying tax. The rules for the group are unclear at times. Don’t even think about asking about payments in Telegram chat, it will be promptly removed. The owner or who ever sends payments can and has decided sometimes that he/she doesn’t, won’t, can’t pay on Thursday like scheduled. You’re left wondering why. It has now changed to Friday. If you ask about it, it either gets removed in chat, you get told off by the admin of the chat, or both. A huge turn off for many. I have been with Elite for over a year and enjoy it for the most part but the admin can be quite rude in chat. When buyers have hundreds if not thousands of dollars tied up in items and their payment doesn’t come on time and they’re not allowed to ask about it, that’s a problem, especially since we’re told to email them but it will more often than not go unanswered until Monday since payments now go out on Fridays, it was Thursdays. My suggestion? Take a look at your rules and terms, they aren’t correct with what’s actually happening.

This sucks doing everything the same and they say didn't This order number came through on an order form but it did not come through the website software with a completed questionnaire so unfortunately we cannot rebate this order.that is not right !!!!!!!

Elite Rebates is a Step Above the Rest!

I became part of this group over a year ago. I absolutely love it! It provides me an opportunity to get and try a variety of items from Vitamins to sun shades to toys for kids. In return I offer FAIR and unbiased opinions/reviews for others. Those behind the scenes are incredibly helpful and easy to work with. If you are looking to try new products at little to no cost, THIS is the place to go.

EXCELLENT customer service!

I have enjoyed EXCELLENT customer service while learning how to navigate the site! I am not very techie but the admin are patient. I appreciate the items that I get for free after rebate. Some things are very nice to have for our home or to give as gifts to friends - things we would not have purchased on our own. And since the products are ultimately free, we are also able to donate to charity, and that’s a great blessing.

Unprofessional, Mostly Supplements

I appreciate getting free things, however, Elite Rebate would tell you that because you are getting free things (besides paying tax and taking the risk that they don’t pay you back correctly due to miscommunications by them - use coupon, don’t use coupon) that you shouldn’t complain. I disagree. They are still using my money and my Amazon account to complete a task. In return, I am choosing to use other rebate sites that have fair practices i.e. those that do not favor certain buyers, do not hide negative Facebook comments, treat all of their buyers with respect, etc. This is not a professional rebate site. You can tell this by the way the employees speak (or demand) of people in the Facebook group and through the chats, the awful website, the false promise of good products if and only if you buy a TON of supplements. I appreciate what I’ve gotten so far and I’ll probably lose my account over this but it’s worth getting a true review out there. I hope the company can take this constructively and improve upon their practices.

edit: the company's reply states that my account was removed for violation which is completely FALSE. Then says that I am a competitor. Then flat out lies and claims there is a single form to fill up and continues to lie by saying there are rebates codes with the payments. Wow, their reply is full of lies which clearly shows the ethics of this company. Another reason to stay away. If any of you reading this and would like to see proof for my claims just contact me.

edit 2: I never said that the buyer pays to use their platform. What I said was the buyers are the reason they make money. The companies pay elite rebate for their services which is a must and totally fine. And they are still lying; You do have to fill 2 google forms for each rebate. The website is horrible; see the reviews here and the complaints in their Facebook group if they didn't delete them by now. And they definitely don't include any rebate information with the rebate payouts whatsoever; again see the complaints in their Facebook group. And now they are shamelessly asking for more information from me even though they know everything I said in this review is TRUE. I won't be bothering with replying anymore.

This platform is being run by bunch of incompetent people. They act like they are doing you a favor whereas the reason they make money is the users.

Firstable; the website is HORRIBLE, unusable. This is 2021 for god's sake spend some money to bring it up to date. It needs a complete overhaul; not patching as you are doing now.

Secondly; you have to fill out two google forms for every purchase. No, they haven't been integrated to the website. Why? I have no idea.

Thirdly; there is no way to track the rebates once you submit the forms. If you make a mistake you won't know until you contact and ask them where your rebate is

They pay through PayPal which is the only good thing with this platform BUT you will have no idea what the received rebate payments are for because they won't include the rebate information (code, product name etc.) with the payments and which is the easiest thing to do with PayPal mass payments. Why? I have no idea. When you do a lot of rebates this is a must.

You want to shop blindly, deal with google forms and don't want to know what rebate payment was for his is your platform.

If not; there are so many alternatives those you can use where everything is much better organized and less stressful. That was my choice.

ORIGINAL: Let us take a moment to explain why this review is not only false, but also offensive to our amazing, hardworking team:

1. We make absolutely NO money from our members on Elite Rebate. In fact, we lose money every day giving away free products, paying out $1-$2 extra for some items, and marketing our site.

2. We give away thousands of rebates daily so clearly the site is not "HORRIBLE, unusable."

3. We are spending a significant sum of money with our development team building the site, and we ask our new members to be patient while we do so. In return, new members get instant rebates (after 35 days and 10 rebates) and 10 allowable daily rebates.

4. We only have you fill out one google form per rebate, not two. The process literally takes a few minutes for a FREE product.

5. We include the giveaway codes on all our rebate payouts. The fact that you understand how PayPal mass payouts work makes us think you’re a competitor attempting to slander our brand.

Best site ever, been with them since the begining

I have been with Elite rebates thru all the building of it. Dee is the most honest person she ensures you are taken care of. We all make mistakes and I don't know how se does it all but she fixes it. So be patient and read the instructions and you will get to trie lots of products!!!
