Not only did they give me different names to these money transactions to send they refused to even let me just see the pup to make sure I even wanted said puppy. But was met with a no we don't operate like that. That they insisted I pay $200 just to come look at the pup.

The names for Cash app where : Ce Williamson $cookdog1 which was flagged as scam then he sent me zelle : chazmin 470-721-5815 but no last name wouldn't go through. Than this one Shanika Jones, shanikashanika005gmail
And than the last one was to cash app again as Sal, $ya476
so I asked why are these names different,if your name is Allen, he told me it was his wife and brothers account. Then asked if I would just send it through Walmart or Walgreens told him I'm not doing that and if we can't see the puppy without putting money down then we r not going forward.
Then he tried saying " I want you to feel comfortable and confident, which is why I provide everything in writing including a health guarantee, vaccination records, and a purchase contract. I’m very straightforward about my process, and I’m always available to answer your questions so you feel secure every step of the way. My goal is not just to place a puppy, but to make sure you feel fully at ease knowing your puppy is coming from a safe and responsible home."

I am writing to formally report the website allen welsh corgi for engaging in a clear and active consumer scam involving the fraudulent sale of Welsh Corgi puppies. This site is currently defrauding individuals of their hard-earned money and needs to be taken down immediately.

Details of the Scam:

Initial Transaction: I initiated a purchase for puppies named "Jack and Jessie" through this website. I submitted a payment of $1460 on October 20th, 2025 to secure these puppies.

Failure to Deliver: The puppies was never delivered.

Extortion Attempt: Following the initial payment, the scammers repeatedly attempted to extort more money from me, specifically demanding an additional $1,500 USD under the pretense of a necessary "special delivery crate" fee.

No Refund/No Product: The initial purchase price was never refunded, and the puppies was never delivered.

Proof of Payment: I have attached/listed below the verifiable proof of payment records (e.g., bank transfer receipts, money order copies, etc.).

I urge you to investigate this complaint immediately and take the necessary steps to suspend or permanently take down the domain and hosting services to prevent further criminal activity and protect consumers.
