I used Alleyn's Cleaning for a few weeks while recovering from surgery. I was so impressed with how quickly a cleaner was assigned to me, even working on the bank holiday Monday! The cleaner we had was excellent, very friendly with a good eye for detail. I would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use again in the future.

We’ve been with Alleyn Cleaning Company for a few years now and they have always sourced the best cleaners for us. We’ve been so happy with the standard of the work - all our cleaners have been excellent, reliable and hardworking. Jeylan who runs the agency is very responsive, and makes sure you always have a cleaner to cover you if your normal cleaner is unwell or away. It’s a really excellent service and the agency adds value. I highly recommend them.

Best clean we have ever had! We had our house cleaned recently at an exceptional standard. I have never experienced a cleaner with such high standards and high expectations of themselves and their work. His work was speedy, thorough and paid incredible attention to detail. Highly reccommend and hats off to ALLEYNS for carefully selecting their cleaners. Well done. House was sparkling clean!

The teams were polite and pleasant, but the work was not adequate and they caused damage to the property.
Despite having 3 people on site for 4 hours in a one bedroom flat the clean was inadequate. In addition to that, they badly damaged the wooden kitchen worktops (chemical burns) and I am still chasing a resolution. Have offered them a reasonable solution and was hoping to use them long term but will be finding another company. Genuinely disappointed as they came recommended (although also damaged my friend's home but did resolve that I believe).

All I have been offered is lacquer to apply myself in a property I no longer have access to (end of tenancy clean) and to arrange the carpenter myself at a cost of £200 + vat. I appreciate the damage was a result of human error but the clean itself was inadequate and the solution offered to the damage isn't appropriate. Costs to rectify all myself is £500+ so would not recommend.

Factually inaccurate. The worktops were not damaged previously (photos provided to company) they were newly sanded and sealed and not been used as a draining board as a dishwasher is present. No site visit from person resolving this issue and no quality control over employees work. Genuinely disappointed as they seemed like a pleasant team we'd hope to use for our home going forward.

I have used Alleyns a few times now and can’t fault the quality of work and friendliness of staff. It’s so nice to sit in my lovely clean home after Alleyns cleaners have worked their magic. Thanks again girls!

Jeylan and her team are amazing. I’ve never had a cleaner before and wasn’t sure what to expect. I met my cleaner before he started and he carefully made notes. My cleaner also done small things which I forgot to mention such as taking out the recycling and food bin. He is so detailed and polite, I’ve was really impressed with the service. No job is too big. Completely reliable and trustworthy and I love the service I receive. I made the right choice by choosing Jeylan and her team.

I asked Jeylan to find a regular cleaner for me. After the first cleaner only lasted one visit, we now have a regular cleaner who does a good job.

Alleyns cleaning company is extremely professional and friendly (I would highly recommend Jeylan and her team). I also would like to add Chemia is hardworking, polite and a big help around the house! He makes a difference.

I would not hesitate to recommend this company to anybody. Jeylan is a lovely lady and you can tell she cares a lot about the business. She goes above and beyond to rectify any issues. Donna is a magician of a cleaner and the house is absolutely spotless after her visit. 100% recommend.

I saw this company recommended by a mum's group on Facebook, and thought I'd give them a try. From my initial point of contact they were very flexible, helpful, and great value for money. The cleaner arrived on time, and within a few minutes I could see how high her standards were. She got our bathroom (which had been collecting a buildup of unbudgeable limescale for years) gleaming, and worked so hard non stop for the full three hours she was here. As I perfectionist it's usually easy for me to find fault, but this company really is a spotlessly shining example of how brilliant a cleaning company can be.

Really great service - from key collection to the quality of cleaning. We had a post-building clean, after two long years of building work and it’s lovely to see the place dust free.

Alleys have been cleaning for me for a few months now. The cleaner I have is excellent, does a great job and is so friendly and professional. Jeylan is so easy to deal with when making changes, amending payments, and helping with anything else I need, I can’t rate this company highly enough!

I have always found Jeylan to be helpful and responsive; she understands the needs of her clients and her team doing the cleaning have been great. I have used other cleaning services before but have found Alleyn’s the best so far.
