Tan the man just helped me get online invoicing set up for the first time. I didn’t process credit card payments for years because it was so costly but I was able to get a very fair rate with feather.

Well am I ever a happy merchant! I verily believe that we got the best payment processing deal that's out there. The terminal is so user friendly, especially for a 65+ guy like me that's never had one before. I'm very happy I went with Feather Payments, co-Founder Bill and Team Lead Nicholas were really great from start to the final setup, which happened so fast. I was up and running and able to process sales within a half hour if receiving our terminal. I highly recommend this team with a 10+ rating. Respectfully, VitaWear Canada CEO

My support agent was Nick. This guy is the Superman of support staffing services!! He went above and beyond what was required of him, making sure the I's were dotted and T's crossed. I will give him 10 out of 5 Stars!! All other support workers could take a page from this guy's playbook. (That's not too say that other people aren't adequate, simply a statement). I spoke to someone named Bill from feather and got a terminal only for one month. I made it abundantly clear that I only needed it for a short time. I received the terminal and was told that I can call and request a return label when needed. Bill also explicitly told me that the fee would be $25 for the month and that feather would deal with anything to do with evalon. Well, months later and after ignored emails, I’m still being charged $5/month by godaddy and after spending an hour on the evalon I was finally able to close my account (after being charged $150+) and evalon will finally mail me the return label to get rid of the terminal. Avoid this at all costs. I’ve never experienced such awful customer service.

I switched over after a few years using square and never experienced the great service that feather provides. I wish I made the switch sooner!
