So I read all the poor reviews but decided to go ahead and order anyway (the handles were perfect for my project and it wasn’t a large value order). I’m so glad I did! The handles are beautiful and they arrived within a week.
My only negative is that the packaging (just a padded envelope) was rather inadequate for the journey via DHL in Germany and then Royal Mail in UK. Luckily Royal Mail secured it before anything was lost.

I ordered on 4/3, next day I received email stating they were out of stock (although still available on their website). No reply to repeated email asking for information. On 31/3 I cancelled order and asked for refund - currently going through my very helpful credit card company.
They are based in Sweden but pretend to be UK.

UPDATE 1: 'Coincidentally' after cancelling my order and involving Amex, I have received an email saying my order has been despatched. I replied reminding them of my previous emails and cancellation.
UPDATE 2: Today, 11/4, I received my order, in spite of cancelling it.

When the cupboard handles arrived they were extremely attractive and well designed. However the website does not make it clear that they are a Swedish company and that the products will be despatched from there and will also need to clear UK customs. In my case this exacerbated by the fact that they had run out of stock, although they were very helpful in regard to keeping me updated. The handles were more difficult to fit than anticipated due to there being a slightly different gauge to the ones being replaced. I may use them again as the product was very attractive but would be wary of the fact that being imported they do take much longer to arrive.

As previous customers described, total scam. I spend £20 and want to return but the return will cost me £20. Is this even legal? I would never order anything from Sweden as I try to avoid international shipping. Misleading website. Do not buy!

I was worried they were EU not UK but the handles were delivered to me in 10 days.
The tracking worked when they arrived in uk. No extra charges.
Handles look so good, very nice quality.

This company is NOT based in the UK despite using a .co.uk web address. They are based in the EU and they charge you £20 for any return. It's a total con. My order is under the threshold for import duty yet they still won't let me use my own label to send it back, which I could do for much less than £20! Total scam.

I ordered one door handle. Got an email over a week later saying that my name was on a DHL blacklist and in order get my delivery I would have to email All Handles & Pulls a copy of my passport with my DOB and address visible. Ironically I read the email just after I received a delivery from DHL. Complete scam. Do not order and do not share info with this company.

Order arrived but not as described. Have emailed 3 times to try and get a returns label, but no-one responds. As per other reviews, didn't realise this was a Swedish company as a UK website. No phone number to contact them. Feel totally ripped off.

We needed to replace our kitchen cupboard handles however required a back plate.
We found that we were limited for choice and some backplates we found were extortionate.
We found the Manor handle with backplate in stainless steal and loved the look of it.
I e-mailed the company with several queries and received responses quickly.
The benefit with this company is free delivery so we ordered one to check the handle would be ok. This was not tracked however we received it within a week. The handle was of very good quality.
I was concerned as the goods were being shipped from Sweden and I had read some negative reviews from buyers in the UK.
I contacted the company and told them of my concerns after which they reassured me.
All orders over £80 are shipped with DHL tracking and usually delivered in 1-3 business days.
The company are VAT registered in the UK so there are no customs fees.
The customer service was second to none and I would not hesitate to use them again.
I ordered our handles on Thursday last week and received them today so very quick delivery. They were carefully packaged and well protected!
They are good quality, beautiful handles for what I think are reasonably priced!
I don’t usually write reviews but the negative reviews already written are polar opposite to our experience. We had an excellent experience.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
They are crooks inferring that they are in the UK when they are actually in Sweden!
Orders are sent by untracked post yet customers returning anything are expected to use an international courier at a cost of £18!
The arrogance of the staff there is breathtaking too.
What an all round extremely unpleasant shopping experience.
I will be taking legal action if a refund is refused.

Warning! This company is a scam. They take payment and then write a generic email that the item "due to popular demand" is out of stock and will get back in touch when it does. You won't ever hear from them again after that and your money will be lost without a very lengthy process.

This company is very untrustworthy. I ordered some handles and quickly realised they were coming from outside the country. I waited the delivery time and had two strange emails from Rotal Mail saying they had a package and then a week later said it was delivered but I never received it. I emailed the company and they were quick to respond but without a tracking number couldn’t do much just kept saying they would arrive soon. Weeks later they never showed up. I raised a problem with the company through Monzo and I luckily got a refund straight away. I wouldn’t use this company again.

What a terrible misleading company. Apart from the fact they ARE NOT UK based which makes the website misleading. They display product in pairs, door handles, but only send one? I just spent £18 on a single half moon door handle!!! It is a half moon and suppose to be two to make a circle. I asked when waiting 44 days for my order why it was shipped using 5 to 8 business days royal mail, £3.20. They said because it would cost to much to send DHL. YET in the returns information they make you use DHL to send back and deduct the cost from the return. Minimal DHL cost from them is £18. What a scam. AVOID.

Wished I had never purchased from this company. Like the other reviews I ordered a few samples but then immediately realised that the company was based in Sweden and that any return would cost £18. This seems very misleading as it is a .co.uk company. I got no order confirmation and also I emailed to cancel my order before dispatch but have heard nothing back. I now want to return them but the cost is £18!!!! for 3 knobs! Outrageous . Do not deal with this company!

No dispatch notice, no delivery, no communication from customer service.

This is a complete sham. They've taken payment and gone completely off the grid.

I didn't realise they were based in Sweden. Massively regret the purchase, and now have a load of hassle to pursue a refund.

I ordered some products that turned out to be of a colour that was different from the one not only described but also different from the photo. I have sent various emails to this company during the course of a week and to no avail. It turns out that the product was distributed from Sweden and that I need authorisation and a returns label to return the product. I am now at a loss and have decided in future to stick with Amazon as Iam assured of good customer service, unlike this company. Please avoid!

I ordered cupboard knobs and handles on 4 March of this year. At the top of their website you can choose your country of origin. There is nothing to indicate that this is any other than a UK website. I was very surprised when I received a demand from DHL for import duty and tax payment. I emailed the contact email on 10 March to ask for an explanation and have had no response. I would not have minded paying the taxes if I had known that the order was not coming from the UK.I would therefore have had a choice. I feel I was misled as the website specifically says that the amount you see at the end of the order is the amount you will pay. Beware. The taxes were an extra 25% of the order price!
