Great value for money, seamless logistics, fantastic experience

I signed up and took a chance that maybe I could finally get affordable therapy for the situation I'm in. However, even though I was matched with a therapist based on the profile that I filled out in advance on our first visit she told me that she might not be able to help me because she is a student. Against my better judgment I shared things with her that were very difficult and personal and I put my trust in her. She was not reassuring or helpful at all. She told me that she would get back to me after speaking with her mentor and after a full week of hearing nothing she finally sent me an email dropping me saying she isn't qualified to help me and I was left only to choose from three other therapists of only one who matched my profile needs and it said she would only be available for a few short weeks then would be leaving the company...How is this helpful for someone needing therapy??? I responded to her email with questions and she ignored it and never even bothered to respond at all. How can you possibly form a trusting relationship with a therapist when they are constantly dropping you for someone else because they are not qualified or only there short term??? Ridiculous. This was a very bad experience for me. And again I'm on my own without the help I need. If you actually need real therapy this is obviously not the right place to get it...don't waste your trust, time and money.

My therapist did not seem very structured in their questions. I didn’t feel like it was an evaluation. It felt like the rapport was somewhat of a friendship, because the flow was so well. Boundaries were set and clear .however, I wasn’t judged, as I thought I would be because it is sort of a pattern on my day today. Tope is amazing.

My therapist has been great with understanding and seeing my struggles and is really able to see what I can work and how I am able to get to where I want to be. It’s been a great and clarifying experience

I was scared to try therapy again but I've had a bad experiences with therapy before. But Alli made me feel comfortable in many ways like the flexibility payment options, the difference levels of experience of therapist that you can choose from, the never ending list of therapist that you could go to, and the little quiz to help match you to the right person. My therapist and I matched up so well and I love her more individually way of therapy vs the cookie cutter ones I've been to. I'm proud to say that I'm in therapy now and tell everyone who will listen about Alli.

I got the most amazing counsellor. I have been meeting with her weekly for 12 weeks. I feel like a different person from when I met her. I didn't realize how many things I needed to just tell another person and get an impartial view. Whenever she does suggest things, they've been incredibly powerful and ideal for the situation. I know my time with her is coming to a close but I am so grateful that I took the chance and tried Alli.

I've been in counselling before when it was face to face. At first it was a bit weird sharing over Zoom but I don't even notice it anymore. In fact, I like it because I don't have to travel anywhere. It's been really great!

I was targeted by Alli’s add through social media; I had a previous negative experience with this model of business but I decided to give it a try again! Happy to share that I am now at my 12th session and loving it!
Their whole price range philosophy really helped me when I had a reduction of revenues, I could easily request a lower fee and I will definitely go back to the initial one when I can.
My therapist is just amazing- I feel safe and validated, it has allowed me to make huge progress. I do encourage anyone to give it a try-we all need therapy in our life!
