We engaged Alliance Contractors to upgrade the heating and hot water systems in our small hotel. The work was carried out professionally from beginning to end. Scheduling was well organized, communication was great, and the engineers showed strong expertise. Downtime was kept to a minimum, which was very important for us. We will certainly use their services again.

They managed to fix a difficult power issue that others couldn't solve, which was impressive. The problem was handled in one visit with little disruption. Overall good experience, though communication could have been slightly better.
