If i could give Zero stars I would. For over 6 months we have had visits from a Plumber and a home MOT all of whom observed, measured and deemed that our Shower Cubicle issues need addressing. Having contacted Alliance myself several times to find out what was happening I was informed that we MAY be due an upgrade in 2029 !! I raised this as a Stage 1 complaint with Alliance and the Pen pushers that sit around desks agreed that it would NOT be changed. It has now been raised to a Stage 2 complaint and i have NO DOUBT the outcome will be the same. The door opening to the shower is 15 Inches wide. The step up to the shower is 10 inches. It is physically impossible to get in or out of the shower as you would expect to do so. Alliance also said that because we moved into the property as a Mutual Exchange we accepted the property and the condition it was in, despite us being told by the previous tenants that the shower was going to be "Looked at" by Alliance.
I have also contacted our MP regarding the situation so will update my review if or when i have one

Absolutely terrible and not fit for purpose. Their communication is almost non existent and, overall, the entire company come across as incompetent. Avoid them wherever possible at all costs.

Antisocial team let me down I am a pensioner bullied by tennants above me to point I had to leave my home of 20 years AS team did nothing even with other neighbours who witness the racist abuse
