Ordered some springs at Alliance Racing as they had a great price. They shipped out the product super quick. Thought they sent the wrong part as the springs were labeled differently from the box and the box was right, not the springs. Contacted them and they rectified the situation right away, this was a Sunday by the way. They sent me out the new springs and the same thing. Well come to find out H&R springs part numbers don’t always match the kit number. Very weird to do that. Alliance still tried to do their best, as they did nothing wrong. Thank you Alliance for everything. Will definitely visit your website for future purchases. Special thanks to Alex for your excellent communication!

I ordered a cold air intake (IS1400P) on Oct 13. Before ordering, I emailed about inventory status (Oct 12). Same day response indicating the part was in stock as indicated by the inventory listing. They shipped the part w/in 24 hours of my order. It arrived w/in 5 days (Oct 18).
