BE WARNED! Frampton Gate development. In just over a year we have had far too many issues that need to be resolved, a particular staff member has been mostly proactive in addressing these, however the volume of short cuts, poor quality finish and missed items should not be happening. 3 front doors due to damage and ill fitting, 3 hobs due to electrical fault issues, 2 fridge freezers due to first one just stopping working after a few weeks, 2 downstairs toilets due to faulty pan not flushing correctly, 3 room wall thermostats stopped working, badly scratched glazing units. Extractor fan ducting left lying on top of loft insulation. Some of these items have been resolved and some are on a list to be resolved. Plot signed off for handover when building regs not fully complied with, missing ground pipe for rain water soakaway, x2 missing gutter downpipes, wrong size extraction ducting for hob extraction hood deeming manufacturer warranty void (it has been agreed the cooker hood will be replaced, quite rightly so) missed half height tiling in a bathroom, floor underneath carpet in living room uneven and left with rubble on top, had to chase for the “home pack” completed end of March but no home information pack provided until November! If this sounds more like a review for what was Larkfleet Homes and their very poor reputation for quality it’s because Allison Homes rebranded what was Larkfleet Homes. The level of inconvenience and interruption to daily lives has been totally unacceptable. We did plan on investing in 2 further properties however after a few months of moving in we had no intentions of buying another Allison Homes branded property. I’m quite sure Allison Homes will post a reply to this, however whatever they have to say or apologise for it will in no way justify the volume of issues handed over in the property for us to deal with, if it was any other item being purchased in the UK it would have been returned to the seller for a full refund or replacement!

Having moved to Norwich not knowing anyone in the area, we are thankful to have met two of the loveliest people, George and Liam. They have been very helpful and supportive. Nothing is too much for them. They go above and beyond and we are very grateful that we have met them at Allison Homes. They have been so friendly and welcoming and we really do feel at home now!

I needed to move house on a tight timescale, and from meeting Sean in the Sales Office at end of Jan, to moving into my new home at King’s Meadow in March, I’ve had a really positive experience with Allison Homes. I honestly didn’t think I’d be in on schedule, but everyone on the team was so helpful in pushing my purchase forward. A special mention to Richard, the Site Manager, whose team are friendly and respectful on site, and to Chloe, Customer Experience Manager who, with Richard, personally guided me through the house checklist on move in day. They’ve both cheerfully dealt with any queries I’ve had over recent weeks. I’d say the follow up service from this Developer has been exemplary and has exceeded my expectations. I’d a couple of small questions/issues and a few decoration ‘snags’ after move in, but Rob Bedford’s standard of finish was meticulous. The design and overall finish of the home is good, and I particularly appreciate the quality fixtures and fittings esp in bathrooms. As a first time purchaser of a new build property, I was a bit nervous about the process, but can honestly say I’ve felt really well looked after. Chloe has checked in regularly, also Tareena in Allison Homes main office helping take care to make sure I’m happy and settling in. 100% recommend Allison Homes to anyone thinking of a new build purchase.

Charlie at St Mary’s Chase has been so helpful the past weekend (a bank holiday weekend too!) at helping us find our dream first home!
As first time buyers, she took the time to show us our options and explain thoroughly the process and guided us the whole way through!
I visited twice on the same day to show my parents the property too because I was so impressed and unlike other developers, I didn’t feel rushed to make a decision! I can’t thank her enough for how helpful she has been and I’m so excited to move into my new home in the next few months😊

A lovely site Development, nicely planned and feeling spacious. The properties we viewed are high spec and finished to a high standard. Rachel who showed around the development and properties was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. All in all it was worth the 3and a half hour drive down from London to view at High Moor View. We are hoping we get a sale on our property so we don’t miss out on buying with yourselves.
