Paid for two reference checks and was never advised that they were completed to check the program, but once we did, we found that the information was mixed up as they listed a person on one reference that they spoke to that didn't work for the company, which made the information they related on both references untrustworthy. They advised it was a clerical error, but for what they are paid and the fact that they didn't even call the second company leads me to believe they are not detailed nor thorough. Will never use them again.

The staff at Allison & Taylor were unbelievably knowledgeable, supportive, and empathetic to my needs to conduct a reference check. They cared about me and my concerns and this was reflected not only in the quality of service they provided but in my multiple dealings with them. They were willing to go above and beyond for me and interacted with several different people and follow up with several different leads for no extra costs. I ordered the expedited service, which was incredibly affordable and completed within just a couple hours of purchase, something I was not expecting. This company has far exceeded any expectations I could have had, and I feel very lucky to have chosen them to assist me with such a stressful situation. They really wish to provide their clients with the best service available and I couldn’t have asked for anything more. I worked specifically with Jeffrey who truly did more than what I paid for to give me all the information I need. Would extend my upmost recommendations, they are the only company I would trust.

I can not believe I spent money on this company, not once, but twice. I thought it was a professional service based on the reviews , but instead I experienced first hand on two occassions a lack of follow-up, a lack of concern on emails I sent with questions, no real sense of urgency when you place a rush order and the icing on the cake is I order a service from the web site. What was given to me didn't match what I ordered. I was told I made a mistake, but if one would take careful notice the product I ordered was a service they offered, but I was told otherwise. A waste of money. A waste of time. What a true dissapointment.

The service was excellent

I ordered an executive reference check for $99.00. A day after I placed my order, I noticed I had given them an incorrect name to contact so I sent them an email and they corrected it immediately and without charge. I was pleased with the report they provided and their service. I would use them again and recommend them to others!

The customer service was superb. Jeff contacted me directly to find out what I needed, and followed up with me after the report was completed. He took the time to answer all my questions, until I had everything I needed to know. Also, the report was well done, and payment, and emails all went perfectly smoothly. This was a good experience, and well worth it for me to gain important knowledge about how my reference was rating me.
