Thank you very much, Carlo, for your 5-star review. I'm glad you like our Pure CDS 3000 ppm and fast shipping. It's great to have you as a customer.

I apologize that we did not meet your expectations for customer service. We did respond to both of your emails within four hours, but if there were other instances where we fell short, I sincerely apologize.
I understand that your concern was regarding the speed of your package delivery. Unfortunately, we are only able to ship via ground service, so we cannot expedite shipments. While your package was delivered within our estimated time frame, it was delayed due to the timing of your order on Boxing Day. We recommend allowing additional time for deliveries during the year-end holiday period.
Thank you for your understanding.

some delays, but out of their control, happy overall!
There were some delays but it was due to border issues which is out of their control.
There was steady communication between them and me so I knew what was going on.i was also offered a discount due to the delay.
All in all I am very happy with the product and the communication from them throughout this entire process.

Thank you for your review and understanding, Robin. The border issues were a once in a once-in-a-lifetime event, affecting us more than others due to our product's nature. We have moved operations to the USA to fix this.
Quick shipment and excellent communication
Even though the product was out of stock and I needed it by a certain time frame, the company responded and accommodated me with a timely shipment. Great company.
