I called Alloyman help line and it was not answered. I left a voice mail. The next day shortly after 8 AM a rep called to solve the problem. The tiller-cultivator package did not come with the batteries, charger, or instruction manual. The customer rep offered to send replacement items. Problem solved, no hassels.

I purchase a cordless snow shovel thru amazon 3 days beyond the amazon time to return we received our 1st snowfall I used it once and the auger broke and would not engage. I contacted the company to get either a replacement or a refund. I've now spoken to Mauricio and emailed him many times. Each time he promised an escalation to another team. Each time this has not happened (No Contact) do not buy this product it's junk and the company does not stand behind it!!!!!!!

I can't believe how seamless it was getting the information I needed for a charger for my hedge trimmer! Mauricio answered my email so quickly. We emailed back and forth a few times then he let me know what I needed. What a great company.

I am a retired attorney. During my years of practice I dealt with and addressed many kinds of situations. I have a pretty good sense when a company cares about a consumer. I have severe disabilities so when I moved I bought a blower to remove fallen leaves. The blower stopped working after about a year and a half even though I had only used it twice. The battery stopped working. I communicated with Alloyman, the manufacturer. I dealt only with a person named Mauricio. He was exceptional. I could not provide a copy of the bill and the company no longer had the battery in stock. He worked diligently and continuously to get me a replacement battery without charge. We exchanged at least over ten emails and he constantly kept me apprised of the status through the date of shipment. Almost any other person would have given up. But he was kind and felt for me. Without his A+ in effort I could not have used the blower. If this type of service is typical of the company, then it a great company to patronize. It stands behinds its products.

Great product the best customer service I have ever encountered this company stands by it products the tools are great very helpful this company goes well over beyond expectations and I am telling u this is not a joke I only have great things to tell u about Alloymantools I could write a book 💯 to Alloymantools and the wonderful staff

I purchased a laser level that I was very pleased with. But it stopped working after 11 months. I called customer support after hours and received a call from Mauricio the next business day. He was very helpful and I received a replacement free of charge. The whole process was much easier than I expected.

this tool is awesome. I like the tool because now I don't have to worry about a power code or having to look for a power outlet. It very light weight and I like the battery life.

I am pleased with the car polisher. The various speeds are great!
The glue that secured the Velcro to the pad had separated. I sent an email and received a quick response from Mauricio. He stayed in touch with me through the entire warranty process and ensured that the replacement items were delivered.
He was always respectful and willing to help.

Outstanding! Amazing! I love this company, “ALLOYMAN”, especially their Customer Service! I loved the product and still do. That was a cut to the chase recommendation. Bottom line, I started with a phone call on Sept 27, 2024. I spoke to the “nicest”, kindest, person, “MAURICIO”.

It shocked me and still shocks me. He listened, wanted to understand and sounded very genuine. I had bought a “ALLOYMAN”, reciprocating saw’, March 2024. I called because it stopped working. MAURICIO took my information and said he needed to check into it. He sent me many emails keeping me updated. Bottom line, they sent me a brand new one !!!!! As I write this, I am still shocked !!! I am 70 years old and have dealt with warranties, calling companies and never have I had such an incredibly positive experience. Even if they had told me after the first call, there was nothing they could do, the way I was treated made me appreciate the company!! I honestly did not expect anything.

If I had an unlimited budget, I’d probably buy out their company. but I don’t, so I will happily use my new reciprocating saw, think of them and fondly pass on my experience. When I need something else, I will check their website and buy from them.

I bought a battery operated tiller from Alloymantools.
It worked great for about a week then stoped working.
I contacted customer service and they sent out a new tiller.
Great company to work with. 5 stars all the way.

What is the purpose of listing a phone number when you don't answer the phone.

Purchased one of their Sawzalls and was very happy with the purchase. Worked very well on a variety of different projects, and did not have any issues with the device while in operation. It handled thick wood projects, and thin, so no complaints there! When fully charged the charge would last me through several days of projects. Would buy again and recommend to anyone looking for a cost effective tool that gets th job done!

WARRANTY voided for tool gift. Battery failed within the 3 year period, yet was invalid since tool was a gift, and procurement invoice could not be autorotated by owner.

Product worked great. I had a minor issue with the battery indicator light. They took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. I'm very satisfied with the shop blower.

Alloyman is an amazing company with a very efficient customer service. I bought a leaf blower that had a power issue and they replaced it in a heartbeat.
