After 6 weeks still nothing arrived.
Try to contact them a day they don't reply.

I ordered a T-shirt on June 11, they took the money and said it’s going to be between 7-15 days for delivery, whatever … it’s 23 July, o tried to contact them multiple times, the shop as well as the Hamzah Pali who is the one promoting this company, allegedly helping people in Palestine … no body is answering and I hope that my bank can take back my money. BE AWARE !!! This is a freaking scam place and SHAME that they use 🇵🇸 cause to steal people.

Update: received hoodie June 9/26 but it was ordered Nov 2025.

I ordered a hoodie in Nov 2025 and still have not received, reported to merchant-crickets, then cc company, then states it was delivered.

This was such a bad experience. I ordered bracelets and a hoodie on December 5th 2025. I have received the bracelets, but the hoodie never arrived and I believe it won’t arrive at all. I’ve tried to contact the people behind the site multiple times per mail and through the website itself, but never got a response. I also never understood the logic of shipping half of the order (i.e. the bracelets), instead of the two items together as I ordered them. Unfortunately, I highly doubt that the funds are going to the right place.

Ordered some bracelets. They were never dispatched. No replies from many email I sent. Beware. Shame on the for using 🇵🇸 to scam people.

Nicht empfehlenswert! Reagieren auf keine einzige Nachricht. Meine Bestellung wurde zurückgeschickt, weil sie sehr spät angekommen ist und ich sie nicht in der Postfiliale abholen konnte, da ich mich dann zu dem Zeitpunkt im Urlaub befunden habe.
Ich habe bis heute weder eine Antwort auf meine beiden Mails noch das Geld zurück erstattet bekommen.
Leider nicht sehr seriös.

I bought a sweatshirt at the beginning of December 2025 and paid for it by credit card. Supposedly, I should have received an email when the item was shipped and I should have been able to track the shipment via an app. But neither of these promises were kept. All my inquiries to customer support went unanswered. To date, I have not received the goods and my money is gone. Stay away from this company. Unfortunately, it's all a scam.

I placed order #9157 for a sweatshirt on Mon, Nov 10, 2025, paying €85.28 EUR. On Thu, Dec 4, 2025, I contacted customer service and they replied: "the estimated shipping time is 6–8 weeks from the date the order was placed."

Four months later, the sweatshirt still hasn’t arrived. I wrote again on Mon, Jan 19, Thu, Jan 22, and Thu, Feb 26, but customer service completely ignored me.

This is outrageous. They took my money, lied about shipping, and now refuse all communication. I would call this a scam, and I strongly warn anyone against ordering from them.
