I was disappointed that I was left in…
I was disappointed that I was left in the dark with out any communication about my order for over a week. I had to call to find out what was going on with my order. Once I called they were very helpful. They just need more information communicated besides just your order has been made.

The international order was apparently disposed of due to the inability for UPS to reach you for delivery. The issue began because the customer forgot to add the apartment number on the order. Customer u corrected this UPS directly but apparently there was some other issue. Our policy states that we can only refund an order if the product is returned.
