I was concerned because of the great price that I wasn’t going to get a good product but thankfully I was wrong.
It arrived quickly, 3 days after I ordered.
I received exactly what I ordered, in great shape just like it was pictured on the website.

I like this provider,

5 star, if you don’t order near holidays and since most arent I will base this on that. I ordered near there and didn’t really receive any updates during that time and wasn’t informed on what happened but after it was over around Janurary 3rd I received regular updates again. l am still giving 5 star since, I probably should have asked atleast during the time but I thought it was a little obvious it’s a holiday but not everyone will think that. So I sent my order at December 3rd and I received my doll around January 24th and it came in VERY well packaged. It could have came sooner if you don’t want to communicate back and fourth with the customizability I went for.

I searched around to see if AllYourDolls was a legit service before buying and I was getting replies saying it wasnt. The service I got, the replies I received during working hours to try to reach my vision was more than expected and honestly, better than most commissions.

I commissioned a Bearrie from Castle doll that I found. Design idea for her and wanted to see if I could bring a video game character I like and slap that design on her it took alot of back and fourth requests but in the end I got pretty good results good enough to my standard. If you are not looking for body paint customizability (full body design) you might have zero issues getting your order correct and even received sooner.

I would definitely recommend this provider and deserves a chance. Since it’s new AllYourDolls does not get much attention and definitely should!

Great Doll, and amazing customer service

Ken displayed an excellent customer care and was supportive during the delayed shipment. Tact and sense of humor are very important because things don't go always smoothly , particularly during the Xmas 🎄 holidays .

He kept me up to date on the whole process until it got sent to me.
Was very pleased to receive it. The package tracking started with an overseas company tracking it until the package got into the states, at which point, it switched to UPS tracking; and was able to deliver to a PO Box (at least for my Post Office)

It was my first time purchasing a doll. I spent who knows how long thumbing through dozens of different models from different companies and vendors when I found what I felt was "the one" - an Irontech 162I (named "Betty"). Though there were a lot of bumps along the way, the doll I received was amazingly realistic and just as advertised. Where Allyoudolls is concerned, the support I received throughout the whole process was fantastic. I received many preview photos of the doll beforehand to make sure everything was as I requested, shipping issues due to delivery over the Christmas holiday were quickly resolved, and issues related to damage and maintenance were quickly addressed. Customer support has been top notch in helping address my concerns and making sure that I received everything I was supposed to. 10/10 would order from Allyourdolls again. If you are in the market for a lovedoll of your own, these people will 100% take care of you.

I ordered a Fanreal doll from AllYourDolls after comparing many websites, and I ultimately chose them for an important reason: their customer service appeared more professional, and the information on their website was clearer than others. During the process, I asked to change the eye color twice, and they made the changes exactly as I requested. I'm very happy with the result. I highly recommend them! Some other sites are overpriced and offer poor service—avoid them. AllYourDolls is truly trustworthy!

AllYourDolls is a company, even though they are new to the sex doll market, they are very impressive, and have great customer service. The CEO of AllYourDolls works very hard to make sure the doll you order is perfect and in the best condition possible. I have ordered dolls from other vendors such as Rosemary Doll, they are not bad, but you are just a number to them. They just care about profits like most companies. But Allyourdolls is active on forums, and socials, and what makes them different then most places i have bought from is they actually followed up me with me and asked how the doll has been. No company has ever done this. I will use them again.

Ich habe in den letzten 7 Jahren in mehreren Dollshops Puppen gekauft. Kein Shop hat mir so ausführlich, umfangreich und in gutem deutsch auf meine Fragen geantwortet wie AllYourDolls. Dafür vielen Dank. Die Puppe war nach ihrer Fertigstellung in 21 Tagen bei mir in Deutschland. Das ist auch sehr schnell. Zudem war die Doll von Dolls Castle das günstigste Angebot aller von Doll Castle autorisierten Dollshops. Mit der extrem ungewöhnlichen Aliendoll (4 Augen, 6 Brüste) bin ich auch sehr zufrieden. Auch die colorierung ist gelungen. Alleine die Ausformung des Mundbereiches mit Zähnen und integrierter Zunge ist, zumindest in meiner Dollsammlung (ich habe 114 Dolls) einzigartig. Sollte Dolls castle noch so eine ungewöhnliche Doll neu anbieten, werde ich diese auch kaufen.
