Very bad company, they just know how to lie , they are not organised at all , they don’t help with nothing, I will never book nothing with the company , my dad was very luck he meet one sister there that was very helpful , helped my dad with money , food and always guide him , the hotels are very cheap , the staff from the company are very rude and they don’t care about.

I am happy I signed up with this organisation for my Umrah and one member of the team (Qasim Shahbaz) stood our with exemplary customer service. He managed to convince me professionally and reassure me all will be well. I had no regret and my journey to and from was a success. I will definitely use them again.

Booking Umrah through Almuslim travel was an excellent experience. Everything went smoothly, booking, flight, transport, ziyarat and accommodation. A special thanks to Mohammad who was very helpful, honest, experienced and on top of that he would text you to make sure everything is going well and if problems arise he would fix it promptly. Brother Muhammad Jamshaid was very friendly, caring and understanding. He was available all the time and made sure my journey is as smooth as possible. We had travel delay we were stuck on the plane and knew we weren’t gonna make our connecting flight I contacted brother Jamshaid and he booked another flight for us ASAP.

Brother Saad also assisted me in various occasion and he was very understanding and helpful. I couldn’t recommend al Muslim travel enough.
