Assalamualaikum, we came back from our Umrah yesterday and our experience with Al Muslim travel was very good. I would like to say Jazakhallah Khairan to brother Muhammad Awais for all your support to make our journey a memorable one. We were stress free while l was performing my first Umrah with my sister as brother Muhammad Awais reassured us and he did all the necessary for us.

He was being very professional and helpful with all our questions throughout our journey.

Great customer service and helpful attitude with finding the right package.

The worst company we have ever used for ummrah!! It started off by them being dodgy from the start. They would change the prices after agreeing something else. They wouldn’t send me proper hotel confirmation even though I would ask all the time but just send me some typed up voucher. However that was nothing compared to the disaster we had upon check in. We asked for 4 x room with 4 quad beds and upon check in we had 4 x rooms but with 2 beds only!!! How can 4 people share 2 beds. We paid for 4 beds but only given 2. The company acted as if they are doing something but they didn’t. They blamed the hotel but the hotel showed me the confirmation booking and the company had only booked twin rooms. The hotel isn’t 5 star standard that we paid for. Don’t bother booking with them it’s not worth the hassle. Ruined my ummrah experience
