We used AlpExpress for a trip from Innsbruck to Obergurgl and back. The drivers and cars were clean and on time, they did have limited English but that did not cause any issues.
We were delayed landing and getting processed via passport control by about 30 minutes. The driver did call us to check in and did wait even though there was a language barrier.
We've booked taxis through AlpExpress several times now. I'm very pleased with the value for money. The driver (Samy) arrives at the agreed-upon location exactly at the agreed-upon time, and he even calls you shortly beforehand so you don't miss each other. We almost missed our flight due to a delayed pickup. Also, the vehicle we were promised wasn’t available. This could have easily become a terrible experience.
Instead, AlpExpress reacted quickly and promised to take responsibility. They apologized, offered a refund and made things right. One of the rare examples of a company standing behind their service.
The true test of customer service is how things are handled when things go wrong. Great job AlpExpress!!
