For the love of j*sus can someone in customer support actually reply! Ordered products back in February and still nothing has arrived at my door. Your chatbot experience is also horrendous. You give customers an absolute run-around online having us try to source contact numbers, email addresses, forms to fill out etc. to ask simple order status queries. Sort your sh*t out!

This company shows 30 day returns on their website but what that means is you have to pay for shipping back. Their leggings fit like crap! Followed sizing chart and they scrunch up the front making them unwearable! Bought the black amplify mid rise leggings. DO NOT BUT THOSE LEGGINGS!! Waste of money!! And I have to pay to send back to Germany from France! Never again!! Avoid this brand at all cost!!! Absolutely horrible, unwearable leggings! 62€ down the drain!

Company operates ilegally under EU law:

"Final Sale" disallowing returns on certain articles not allowed

Return address has typo's on website, which is also not adherent to EU / German law

Name of business (recipient) is also required under German law - also not provided on website.

Complaints will be filed with EU and German regulator.

I have bought a couple of products over the last few years and always been a happy customer! The quality of materials and care put into the new designs is certainly improving and I will definitely come back for more!
Had one item that didn't fit right; I enquired for a return and refund, which was dealt with with absolutely no hassle!

I really love your clothes but unfortunately, in the uk you use Hermes as a courier and they are terrible with both tracking and keeping to a deadline, they were bad even before the pandemic. Its the only thing that puts me off making more orders and its a real shame. Only reason it wasn't 5 stars.

Ordered a lot from here the last 2 black Fridays.

Last year the orders took a while to come but this year I ordered on the Friday & they were delivered on the Tuesday.

Sizing is a bit hit & miss for example I am a large in one style of pants & an XL in another, same with shorts, T-shirts & vests but if you know how to judge the sizing it's fine, this year I bought 8 items in the sale & they all fit how I want them to.

I have ordered a few items from Alphalete over the past year and have always been impressed with the style and quality of their leggings, sports bras and jumpers. On one occasion shipping took longer than stated so I got in contact with customer service who were very helpful and gave me a gift voucher as an apology.
I do wish there was another cheaper option for shipping though as £6 is quite a lot.

I've purchased a few products through Alphalete, and they are fantastic quality. I did have an issue with one pair of leggings, but I contacted their customer service team who arranged a refund for me. I would have no concerns recommending this brand to anyone.

I bought a set for £80.20 on the Alphalete EU site. I checked and the money went from my account, but I received an e-mail from Alphalete itself saying that my order didn't come through. I contacted their customer service, explaining my problem, but they told me that they couldn't help me. Really bad customer service and I just lost 80 pounds for NOTHING. Never buying here again.

I have ordered from Alphalete a couple of times now. The first time I tried the items on, they all felt absolutely perfect. The products are super soft and flattering. However, 3 out of the 4 pairs of leggings that I've bought during the past year have ripped. I have two pairs of Aero leggings; the first ones got a couple of tears next to the mesh detailing after a few uses and the second pairs seams started to unravel after a 1,5km walk. I also have one pair of the Halo leggings which I have used less than 10 times and yesterday, mid-workout I noticed that there was a big hole in the crotch... Not the best way to end the workout. The only leggings that have stayed in a good condition are the surface path leggings in Camo. I also have the Surface Wrap bra and a couple of T-shirts and they are just perfect.
The designs are dope and the materials super soft and stretchy, but the quality is still sooo bad :( I have cheaper leggings from other brands (such as Gymshark and Doyoueven) that have stayed in a perfect condition for years.
PLEASE FIX THE QUALITY AND STOP RAISING YOUR PRICES.

I’ve ordered three pairs of leggings (camo surface pocket, Halo & Aero), the revival R6 shorts and the Aero bra on two separate orders. I have not had a single problem with any item. Fab quality and fit - some of my favourite gym wear. Will continue to buy from alphalete.eu providing I have had the experience I have had this far!

The first time i orderd a legging and it had a productionfault , the customer service replied very fast and took care of it , now i orderd a few times and never had an issue after that.

Jeg er førstegangskøber og jeg må indrømme at deres support fungere virkelig godt.

Jeg bestilte af to gange, grundet en top var udsolgt dagen inden, men dagen efter var der nogle tilbage.

Min første pakke kom ubesværet. Den anden pakke blev desværre sendt retur til sender, grundet forkert adresse.

Jeg skrev til Alphalete som undskyldte for besværet og spurgte om jeg ville have pengene retur eller om de skulle hensende pakken.
Jeg venter nu spændt på min sidste pakke.

Tøjet er lækkert og sidder virkelig godt. Smukke farver.

Dejlig oplevelse, har skrevet til dem angående to gange. Begge gange fik jeg svar indenfor for et døgn. :)

Alphalete er mit absolut yndlings mærke når det kommer til træningstøj! Jeg har 4 tights og et par sports bh´er derfra. Passer perfekt og er normale i størrelsen. De lyse farver kan være liiidt gennemsigtige, men ellers har de den bedste kvalitet nogensinde
Vil absolut anbefale alphalete. Dog skal det siges at man skal være 100% sikker på at de produkter man bestiller passer i størrelsen da det kan være lidt besværligt at sende retur. Derudover skal man bestille ret meget for fri fragt ellers koster fragt lidt for meget til min smag. Men det er totalt det værd! Ros herfra

Altså magen til ringe support skal man lede længe efter.
Jeg modtog sorte leggings med små affarvede striber på - dem sendte jeg tilbage, hvorefter jeg modtager nogen nye med helt samme fejl.
Jeg vælger så i stedet at få pengene tilbage, hvor jeg får at vide at jeg vil modtage en fuld refundering.
Som så mange andre, havde jeg delt min ordre med en veninde, for at dele fragten. Hun havde fået en rabatkode for længe siden, fordi hun også havde modtaget noget defekt tøj engang.
Mit "fulde beløb" består så af mine leggings minus fragt minus denne rabatkode, som ikke er min. Jeg har tabt ca. 100 kr., på noget der var deres fejl. Det kan godt være det ikke er mange penge, men det er faktisk bare princippet i, at jeg bliver lovet et fuldt beløb, som jeg sket ikke får. De forstår heller ikke at rabatkoden ikke er min, og efter 56 mails skrevet frem og tilbage, er der vist ikke andet at gøre end at sige F*** det.. Jeg er målløs over denne "support".

Update 14/12: I bought a few more of the Aero‘s because I really like how they fit. The problem is that 3 out of the 5 pairs have stitching problem. In 2 of them it is really noticeable and I can‘t wear them anymore. I am quite disappointed in their quality.

I really like their stuff, especially the Aero Leggings. They are really flattering. But honestly, there were some inconsistencies with the quality in those. I‘ve bought 5 pairs of them and two of them had some stitching problems, but it isn‘t visible unless you knew it beforehand. And I feel like they are a little bit overpriced for their quality. But I really like their leggings and joggers overall! One small problem is also the shipping cost. First you need to pay like 9 USD and then for shipping to switzerland you pay around 30 USD customs, which is a lot if you only buy 1 legging.

Really high quality sports clothes! Only one negative is that you are always paying for the shipping. Otherwise I really like them!
