Amazingly friendly and professional service. I thought my large hot tub was going to be a pain to remove, but it was done quickly and efficiently. Very competitive price for hot tub removal, especially considering the travel time down to me in Folkestone!

I used this company to collect a second-hand hot tub from a friend’s house and deliver it to my home, and I couldn’t have been more impressed.

From the outset, the team was incredibly professional, knowledgeable and careful. They checked all measurements, access points and clearances at both properties to make sure the move could be completed safely.

Access to my garden was particularly tight, but they navigated the space with exceptional skill and patience, taking every precaution to avoid any damage to either the spa or my property. It was fascinating to watch their expertise in action. The hot tub was lifted on and off the lorry using a crane, then carefully manoeuvred into position using rollers, lifting straps and specialist equipment.

Once the spa was in place, I changed my mind about the orientation. Nothing was too much trouble—they happily repositioned it without hesitation.

What really stood out was that their service didn’t end with the delivery. They took the time to offer helpful advice on getting the spa up and running and reassured me that they were available to service it or help with any future issues if needed.

The team were friendly, approachable and clearly very experienced. I would have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use them again in the future.

Great service from Alphalift, leading up to the removal of my hot tub (lots of communication), they arrived on time, assessed the situation, and navigated a difficult removal, all the while keeping me advised as to what was going on. Nice chaps too. I couldn’t speak highly enough of them.

We just had a large hot tub removed by Chris which was quite a complex removal including use of a crane over a side fence (which was very impressive to watch). They were highly professional and made it look easy. Also very personable and we had a great experience the same as the reviews that we read. I would recommend them very highly.

What an amazing company. Highly recommend to all. We called looking for someone to help with a rather difficult hot tub crane out and relocation. They gave us a point in the right direction for a great crane company and also gave us a very competitive quote to move the hot tub 45 miles away. Communication was great, turned up exactly when promised, and even though was a tricky move both ends of the journey nothing was too much trouble and everything went perfectly smoothly. We used Alphalift on Easter Monday to dispose of a very heavy 25 year old hot tub. I couldn’t be more delighted. Chris and his mate turned up on time and completed the job of cutting up the hot tub into numerous pieces so that it could go through the narrow gate. They left the place spotlessly clean. What more can l say, its so refreshing to get tradespeople that actually do what you ask, in a proper fashion, and in a timely manner.
