Ordered hoodie on 12/11/24 and never received it. Paid $200. Emailed the company 5 times only to receive generic AI responses.

Package is on its way. Email was received stating the company had changed delivery carriers and apologized for the delay.

Ordered XXXL Hoodie as a gift. Arrived on time in sealed poly-bag packaging. The XXXL garment is woefully undersized. The gift recipient could barely move the side zipper. They refuse to offer credit card refund yet have nothing in their catalog that will fit. I should have known better than to buy ski wear from a company in FLORIDA!

I just wanted to take a moment to thank you  for such a wonderful hoodie. My wife purchased one for me 2 years ago. I work outside and have had all kinds of cold weather gear. This is by far the best cold weather clothing i have ever had.

I didn't love the fit and feel of the product. I attempted to return and was notified only exchange or store credit. I had been emailing with customer service prior to ordering and was not informed that no refunds. There was nothing in the ordering process that said this either. I would not have purchased the product had I known this. I like to support small businesses but this no return policy is absurd and bad business!

I don't want to leave a bad review because I'm sure the product is great and the guy I've been emailing seems nice. But if you order from Canada, be aware that you are going to get nailed with a big charge for customs and taxes. The 180 dollar hoodie I ordered is over 300 canadian and I was informed after it was sent that ups needs an additional $150 upon delivery. Which I can't do so I have to reject the package sadly. And if you reject the package, like I am going to have to, you will not get a refund when they receive it back. You get a store credit minus the return fee which i cannot use, and will result in another huge ups Charge anyway 😢😢. I'm so bummed as this was a gift.

I hope in the future they can somehow forewarn other Canadian customers that this can happen

I placed on order and product never arrived. The tracking info is in accurate. Tried to contact the company on two different occasions and no response. Not a trustworthy company

For what it’s worth your product is awesome. Got this originally for my kid who hates jackets but loves hoodies. This completes both his and my needs. This latest order was for me. I can use this as a jacket all winter. Thank you. I tried His on and I was Instantly jealous I didnt Get one for myself. Now I did

Terrible experience company service was terrible the customer support was rude, and the fees imported on my item was half the price of the item itself which is already too expensive, don’t know why I ordered do not make the same mistake

Same thing happened to me! I returned my jacket for a different size and they refused to send me anything and kept my money stating it smelled like cologne! My son tried it on few a few seconds to see if it fit and I put it back in the return package a few days later. They kept my money and coat!!! Never purchase from this company! Scam!!!

Disgusting company and service! These are scammers! I bought a jacket for my son in January,11, and in February they wrote me that the goods returned to their warehouse. I asked for a refund back, since the ski season was over and in these two months I had already bought a jacket from another store. They initially promised to return the money, but nothing happened within three weeks... They ignore my letters and do not respond to the request! Three months later, they wrote to me that due to the refund policy, they would not return the money to me: either order their jacket again and pay extra for delivery again, or leave the money in their store and choose something else! But I don't want to mess with them anymore! I want my $200 back!!!

Alphatech Apparel is a phenomenal business! The customer service here is outstanding. After-sales service is very quick and friendly. I purchased a softflex for my brother who only wears hoodies on the mountain. This product is comfortable and helps keep him warm. You can tell a lot of thought was put into the softflex. Products arrive on-time, well-packaged and in new condition. The descriptions and photos are accurate. The quality of the products are always better than expected. I am definitely a loyal customer and I highly recommend this online store!

Do not purchase anything from this company. It is a scam. When you try to return an unworn item, they deny the refund and say that it was damaged without offering proof or a return of the item. Please Google the company and read similar reviews as well as Better Business Bureau reports.

Absolutely miserable experience. They sell products that are on back order, they don't tell you they're on back order when you place the order, and will refuse to cancel and refund your money when you find out the order is on back order. I told them I couldn't wait a month, I needed a coat right away. I asked them at least a half a dozen times over the course of several weeks to cancel & refund my order and they refused over and over again with just one excuse after another. I finally filed a dispute with my credit card company. Don't buy from these people. They're terrible.

Buyer Beware
Due to short supply the company contacted me and offered to cancel the order, I agreed. 6 weeks later they shipped the item and refused a refund even though it was their mistake. Fraud and deceptive online business practices. Save the $200, you'll never see it even when its their mistake in shipment.
