I've been an intern there for three months, and never in my life have I seen people who lack such a lack of communication and professionalism.

If you are trying to apply for an internship out here, I highly warn you not to. You'll be viewed as a coworker, and if you are trying to take a vacation, you will be fired by Mr. Clean.

You are just a slave to them, and they should be blacklisted to not accept interns.

I had a urgent problem and needed help. The owner helped me out when he was on vacation. Really a great guy. Problem was solved and everything was up and running again!

I have purchased a VPS and it has been inoperable for 4 days. I have contacted support in many different ways and i have still not gotten a response. This hosting is a complete scam and does not care about their clients. This hosting also hosts multiple botnets allowing them to do their activities with no care for them.

They host attackers, I had to blacklist their whole AS range in my PFSense router.

Very poor service and company values in matter of providing contracted services, disconnecting without communication etc. DO NOT GO HERE

I bought VPS with windows server 2019. After it was installed I found that the network is now working. I wrote to the support, but nobody helps me for 4 days. I tried to reinstall it 2 times, tried to install network drivers, change network settings. Nothing helps, service is useless.

lack of professionalism, they don't give a sh**t about the client. when you talk to the owner, he keeps saying good words, without fixing an issue. and Sometimes he ignores all the ticket or message in telegram.

last 4 days made a purchase of a server, untill today I still not get this server, the order is still pending.
The support ticket not anserwing at all, I had the owner instagram, I wrote to him, and he ignores my messages when I told him to refund me.

I know this provider since a long time. But recently, I do not advise anybody to purshace from them.
So support, bad services.

We have been under attack by an IP linked back to this company.

On friday evening i had a telephone contact with this company, and they blocked this specific attacking IP, but a few hours later the attack was back on, from another IP from this company. We did several attempts to contact this company ( 24/7 support ??? ) to resolve this issue, but still no contact or replay to mail or phone. The attack still continues.

I had some questions for the support. They replied within 2 minutes and helped me very good. :)

Due to a refund request, since december now, I try to talk to the support to ask them for a refund because I was not satisfied with what happened last november (huge data loss that damaged all my business).

We are in february and I did not get any penny from them until now, every time, they give me a new excuse.

Lately one of the support members threatened me to send my ID to the gov (which is very unprofessional fault). Well judge by yourself the quality of the service

For those who are reading this, please think many times before purchasing from this platform.

I have been waiting for 1 month for a refund of an invalid service: I ordered a VPS with 32 ip's (ALL of them are blacklisted).

I asked for a refund and I sent everything to the support, and every day they tell me it's tomorrow.

Now it has been 4 days that they told me that the money is sent, and there is no proof that they sent back the money.

Please beware of this platform, they already had problems with many customers of this kind.

I've ben using an open vpn solution hosted by Alsycon, I use for certein reasons, and it's always up and the speed is good.

They take your money, when you ask for an ip replacement because ip is blacklisted, they ignore your request.

Moreover: Very unprofessional customer care, they call their customers "bro" on telegram.
