Quik shipping and great sales. Customer service was very helpful when I had difficulties with one of my products. Highly recommend.

Sam was a huge help! He was very accommodating and helped me immediately! Fantastic customer service

I only contacted Customer Service once and I
received a very favorable response. I only order 1 every so often so I feel treated like I matter regardless of my small pocketbook. To me, that is BIG! I appreciate that.

I have been using this site for 4+ years. In that amount of time & product you are bound to get a couple duds or accidently sent the wrong thing. The thing with this company is I have never had anything worse then a pleasent experience. Any problem I had there was quickly responced to from them. I either got credit on my card or store credit. If your looking for an online disposable/vape site you can trust this is the one. AP, as always, we appreciate the service.

Needed pods in a pinch and they made it happen. 10/10 cust service and product worked great!

I was very impressed at how they take customer service serious. This is refreshing in a day where that isn’t always the case. I feel they really do want to ensure the customer is happy. I had an issue that they addressed quickly and I will continue to give them my business!

Great customer service. They show to be more about customer care than profit. I had an online order of 10 pods in the wrong flavor(my fault). I sent them back for a refund(They allowed with no issue) but lost the tracking number and they were lost (Stolen by mail service) in the mail. I explained what happend and with no real proof they sent me a full replaced order of the correct flavor. Safe place to spend you money online!!!

I'm very satisfied with alternative pods online. i buy alot of vaps they are very reasonably priced. Recently
i received a vap & it was defective.
I got an emediate response to my complaint. And taken care of right away.

I can't believe I smoked that long and smelled like that! disgusting!! when I started vaping I bought my first vapes online with alternative pods which has the BEST shipping prices and fast delivery!! not only great customer service and great shipping but GREAT prices that are affordable and the best brands on the market!!all the way around they are the best place to buy your vapes and NOT only the best vapes I just found out they also have CBD vapes now and I ordered my son who lives in AZ some and he loves them!! I've had nothing but excellent service and if a mishap comes up they are quick to resolve it!! you will NOT regret buying from alternative pods and when you go onto their website make sure the address is alternative pods because other stores somehow are on the first of the list and you can get mixed up.. just a heads up to double check and make sure you are at the right address and website..I have referred many friends to buy vapes at alternative pods and they also are in love with their vapes!! "JUST SAYING"

Awesome customer service and communication! I will definitely be back.

I have ordered almost every other week for the past 8 months or so. Ordering is simple and I get my package within days. I recently had an issue with a vape that they resolved quickly and provided great customer service

Have ordered several times. Always great products, fast shipping, and excellent customer service. Thanks!

I have been buying from alt vape for over a year now, monthly. They are the fastest shipping company I’ve dealt with and they have amazing customer service! I never write reviews but this company definitely deserves allll the best!

Once again, it was a defective disposable vape and they refunded my money that quick. I am very happy with Alternativepods as a whole. It's not their fault sometimes a product just doesn't work. I will continue to do business with them. Thank you Sam from customer service!!

Excellent products and quality. Fantastic communication I recommend it 100%

Prices are fantastic, can't beat them locally anywhere. I ordered quite a few disposables, and unfortunately two of the bunch were continuing to draw after I hit them. I emailed CS and they had no problem refunding my money or sending me replacements. I will definitely be ordering from them again.

Sam was the best as far as communication. We will see if my refunds went through in a timely manner. I was notified after I received an order confirmation that the product was no longer available, that was strange to me. I wanted to change the flavor, but they already refunded me, you would think that option would have been available prior to a refund, I was upset that if I reorder and different flavor, I would have to pay shipping again, Sam refunded me 1 of the orders shipping cost!
