Great company 👌 I can highly recommend Altum based on the service I received. I had 10 solar panels fitted and am pretty self sufficient already. The guys at Altum communicate well, are professional and friendly and did a really great and neat job. They came when they said they would and have kept in touch to ensure everything is in good working order. They even provided anti bird nesting protection last minute which was a real bonus and something they provided for free. It usually costs £250 so I am extremely grateful for this 🙏 Thank you to the whole team I will definitely be recommending you to anyone I know considering getting solar xx

A few years ago, we fell in love with and moved into an old Victorian property in need of renovation. Shortly after moving in, we were contacted by various organisations promising the world via the ECO4 scheme. The one company which delivered, however, was Altum Organisation.
I can’t thank Erin Gamble of Altum enough for everything she has done for us. She was always there on the end of the phone, keeping us up to date with progress. Where other companies went silent on us, Erin was there, keeping us informed.
In the summer of this year, they installed internal wall insulation, loft insulation, solar panels, a heat source pump and central heating. Following two very cold winters here, (without oil or gas, we couldn’t afford to heat the property) I’m so happy to report that we now find ourselves, in November, extremely warm and cosy.
We are very happy with the work and so grateful for everything we have been given. Every time we come back home after being out in the cold, we say a quick thank you to Erin and her colleagues for the fact that we’re now warm!
I should also like to thank the installers. The two chaps who came to install the wall insulation were lovely and really understanding of the stress caused by having your house turned upside down. They went out of their way to make things as easy as possible for us.
The installers who came in to do the central heating were also very good. All lovely lads and again, very considerate of the fact that they were coming into someone’s home.
If you’re considering having the work done, you do need to be very careful which company you choose to do it. Based on our experience, I can highly recommend Altum Organisation.

Sam and Bren did my installation and plastering in my home. They did a great job to be fair and tidy guys aswell. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Done a great job

The Guys Sam Andy and Bren was very polite. Respected my property whilst working. The Job they done was amazing. Cleaned up after them with no mess left. I had all internal wall insulated and plastered and ventilated to a very high standard. I am well pleased. Many thanks.

I have not had a good experience with Altum.
Very poor communication from the organisation. Was never sent a plan of works as promised. Called very late at night to book in my work which was very unprofessional and then less than a week before the work was due to commence I was told that a wall would have to be built and plastered separating 2 rooms which had never been mentioned beforehand and I would never had agreed to have this done in the first place. Waste of time

Re work carried out and completed via the ECO4 flex Scheme at our property, led by Altum Organisation Ltd.

I wish to Commend the whole Team involved and the Work Force who physically were carrying out the Installation at our property.

The labour work force working at our home were very PROFESSIONAL local craftsperson’s, EXCELLENT in all ways, very helpful, polite and respectful, well organised, but so important we’re very respectful of our property, every member of the team worked well, efficiently and diligently.

We were constantly kept update of their schedule of work and their continuation from the start date to completion date.

We are so happy with the standard of work carried out on the completed installation.

We have NO negatives to report for any of the work tasks; only POSITIVES.

Last year I was one of the lucky ones to qualify for the eco 4 grant and this company installed the panels, air source heat pump and new radiators to my property. Outstanding service, everything was installed promptly to a high standard, friendly and professional company who take pride in their work. Highly recommended!
