The Alvaye website states this is a Swedish company, but in fact it is Chinese.
The items I ordered did not fit and were of such poor quality I asked for a return 10 days ago.
I have so far received one response discouraging a return, referring vaguely to high postage costs and possible customs fees (this is not true; there will be no fees for clothing return). No return information or assistance has been provided. The strategy is clearly to make it so difficult I give up.
Beware of this company.

I don’t trust that this is a real company, the don’t follow their own policies. I received an item that had a mark on it and requested a refund and was denied. Don’t waste your money!!

I ordered two jumpers from this company. One of the jumpers I received was different to the one I ordered and very different from the picture on their website and the other was a poor fit. When I requested to return the jumpers I was told that the warehouse is in China and I would have to pay about US$90 in postage.

Quick feedback and great help from support. I didn't know what size to choose for the dress, but I got the help I needed.
