Worst service, just cheating people with unclear product images

Very bad service, I placed an order for bulk Diwali hamper and the order had to be delivered on 20th Oct till now there is no update on delivery and when called customer care they keep giving excuses >

Wasn't the most nicest experience I had but its good. Did had some issue with my orders but customer service was quite responsive and helped out but have to say their return policy sucks..

Warning: They have the worst delivery system, never pre pay only COD, I’ve lost money on orders with them for products that never reached me so I’m warning you, if any product is not available at COD go to another online store, their customer service is pathetic, once they have got the money they are not concerned whether the product reaches you or not

Bad return policy. They do not accept return even though it doesn’t matches the picture. Non cooperative staff. Do not buy from here.

My product hasn’t been delivered yet it’s been almost 20 days tho it’s showing it’s delivered and I’ve emailed and sms/called them tons about the matter to claim my refund
And the customer care is worse, they don’t even bother to response as
And they take all the orders prepaid so basically neither did I get my order nor my money back

Everything. Poor quality of products, defect products, online fraud, cyber fraud. The worst.

I ordered cotton quilt on 13th august and still not received as they keep changing the delivery date on top of that they won't even allow to cancel the order .... pathetic and horrible

Pathetic service. Blue dart service doesnt courier only Raakhi courier of Amala earth. Ordered on 31st Jul.Courier not reached till 12thAug'2024 yet. Help support has no clue neither cancel or refund option....Dont buy from Amala earth.

There products are unnecessarily expensive. I wanted to purchase shirt for my daughter and as per the product quality it was expensive. Could not return because of their bad customer service. Found this website Cottonlush they had great designs for kids shirt but their prices are far better than the ones on Amala Earth, may be because of them charging more from their sellers.

I received a 50% discount coupon from Amala Earth on WhatsApp and decided to order an item worth Rs 2800, figuring that I would have to pay only Rs 1400. It turns out that the maximum discount available was Rs 1000, which was stated nowhere in the fine print of the coupon. I went ahead and placed the order (AE243126) anyway. I did not receive an email acknowledgement of the order until I contacted customer service when they hurriedly sent a confirmation email together with tracking information of the package that they claimed had been picked up by the courier, just a day prior. The package was supposed to have been delivered on July 5th. I checked tracking for delivery status, and found that the package was never picked up and the order had been cancelled. I received no notification from the company regarding this development and all attempts to contact customer service have been unsuccessful. No refund has been issued till date. Not sure if I will get my money back.

Never do to buy products from this company. Their customer support is very bad and they will never properly respond to e mails or will never support to solve the issue on the purchase. Its waste of time and waste of money

Very unhealthy bad products. My order received just now has been full of ants & caterpillar (illees)
in Fruits & nuts trail mix Box. All products which are claimed by company are very costly but of poor quality. Bad Stuff, be cautious. As returns are also not entertained.

I am extremely disappointed with the recent purchase I made from Amala earth via order no #AE240342 on 19/06/2024. I ordered a set of socks specifically because they were advertised as having cushioning at the bottom. However, what I received was completely different from what was described.

When I contacted customer service to address this issue and request a replacement, I was met with a refusal. Their unwillingness to correct their mistake is not only frustrating but also highlights a major flaw in their customer service policy. It is unacceptable to mislead customers with false product descriptions and then refuse to make it right when the mistake is pointed out.

This experience has been highly unsatisfactory and has caused me to lose trust in Amala earth. I strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing from this company, as their product descriptions cannot be trusted and their customer service is unhelpful when problems arise. I will not be making any future purchases from them and will be sharing this experience with friends and family to ensure they avoid similar issues.
