I opened an account with Amara Capital through a tele sale person who kept on pestering me for months. I was assigned to an 'experienced' Relationship Manager. With the initial deposit, there was a "Bonus" of 30%. The first 2 trades were profitable and it looked like everything was rosy. Then slowly, they tempted me to take bigger positions, more risks, and kept pressuring to deposit more funds.

Things still looked rosy. I tested the first withdrawal, and after 7-8 days, the money was credited into my bank account. I found the duration unacceptable, but I was told that first withdrawal takes time. Subsequent ones will be smooth.

Owing to very obvious wrong position (selling XAUUSD when it was in strong uptrend) , a margin call was also hit where all the existing positions were closed. Later, the Relationship Manager got the closed positions reinstated when the price returned in my favour - of course, I had to deposit more funds. More deposits led to more “Bonus”, and was encouraged to take bigger positions.

Slowly, warning signs started to emerge when the second withdrawal also took same time. Immediately afterwards I was lured to deposit much more amount, and promise of equal “Bonus” and "we will play big". Again, very obvious wrong position against the trend (short XAUUSD in strong uptrend). The account was devastated, the Relationship Manager’s responses started to slow down.

When I tried to hedge my wrong positions by entering Buy on XAUUSD, all my positions were closed by the system due to “glitch”. The Relationship Manager was able to get all these reinstated back. I got no clear answer of how this was getting done, as surely someone on the other side was counterparty to my closed positions.

More warning signs - Meanwhile I noticed that the address on their website changed – first there was a local Dubai address. Now it started to show UK address. The local phone number was not displayed. I raised this concern with the Relationship Manager. He replied, it is part of a branding exercise, and assured me not to worry.

All my hedged positions were stuck in a deadlock, and I could neither buy nor sell. At this very moment, all of a sudden and without any warning they withdrew all the “Bonus”. The equity on my account became very thin and very close to margin call.

I started little scalping and slowly started to increase my Equity. Almost as a counter-offense, the spread in my account was increased without warning to 3 USD for XAUUSD. For 0.1 position XAUUSD, I started to incur USD 30 per transaction. It is almost as if some invisible people on the other side were trying to make me fail, and lose all my equity.

I kept up bringing this to the attention of the RM, who kept on giving me vague excuses – like, to lower the spread, I should deposit another USD 19,600. Totally ridiculous!!

At that point, I decided to withdraw some amount back – I could not totally withdraw the remaining money, as I would lose about USD 25,000 of my principle amount if I close all the positions. For more than 2 weeks, my withdrawal request for mere USD 1k is pending. Relationship Manager says even he is not getting any responses. Sales rep who pestered me for months has left the country and relocated. There is no other contact other than customerservice at amaraacapital.me

My money remains stuck, no one responds to my emails. The Relationship Manager keeps saying he is helpless as no one is responding to his calls or emails either.

It looks like one big setup to lure victims to promises of profit. The other side of my position is the company itself – so they make money only when I lose money. That’s why all the huge risks, that’s why all the initial bonus…. It's a playbook, and it’s a trap, . Beware!!

To Amara Customer Care and main people behind this– if you are reading this – congrats, you have cheated on the hard earned money of yet another victim. Challenge me on any of the points I mentioned. Or better still, come out clean and return my money!!

They all are scammers & fake their promises are fake initially they will show you the profits then to take more money from your pocket they will hedge your position & they will open multiple positions at time relationship manager is also stop responding your calls and messages they just asked for the money and I have been raised the complaint for the withdrawal from last one month not even a single penny I have received their manager Arvinnd Menon came for the meeting spoke so nicely and told that have faith in me. I will be taking responsibility of your account all that now that person is also not responding they don't have proper licenses or anything they are calling me from another number and telling me that we have merged with star trader open a parallel account will handle your both the portfolio they are just heartless people I want to the office Grosvenor Tower 1905 that office is also closed almost more than 1 month it mentioned that some maintenance work is going what the hell is this i have already filed a case against this scammers company I would suggest who ever is checking or reading this if you already have a your account with this company kindly ASP close your account take your account access from them and don't open any trades they stuck you very badly you can't even think about it take the withdrawals As FAST AS YOU CAN AND IF SOME IS PLANNING TO DO WITH THIS COME DONT DO TRUST ME YOU WILL FACE LOTS OF CONSEQUENCES...THEY ARE SCAMMERS NO OFFICE NOTHING CALLING FOR STAR TRDAER I DON'T HOW LONG I HAVE TO FIGHT FOR MY MONEY BUT I WILL AND THEIR MANAGER ALL THEY WILL FACE LOT OF ISSUE FROM UAE GOVERNMENT

I submitted a withdrawal request with Aamaraa Capital last week, and it has now been almost 12–14 days. However, I still have not received the withdrawal amount, even though the request shows as Approved and the funds have already been deducted from my Vertex account.

I have been continuously following up with my Relationship Manager, Mr. Ziya (+971 56 706 5979). He informed me that he has been emailing the Accounts Department regarding my withdrawal and assured me that I would receive the funds soon. Unfortunately, I have not received anything yet.

According to him, the Aamaraa Capital office is currently under renovation, and he is working from home. If anyone requires assistance regarding Aamaraa Capital, he is available at the contact number above.

First of all, thanks Mr. Rishab for handling my account so I have been dealing with this company from last 2 months and the returns are top notch. Just a bit difficult for me to understand the market but rest my account manager Mr. Rishab is very nice. Maybe I can learn lot from this market but I can say the journey is so far so good!
